Have you got a lifetime Dave?

Well if they have the secret formula to transform our club for the better then I'm all ears. I've not actually heard anything like that yet though, only board (not BK of course) bashing.
I'm assuming they have a plan, wouldn't want to be disappointed and find out they're all idiots with no plan at all.

Supa Dave do tell me what plan the board has then? Buy cheap players sell high and repeat.? If the BU are idiots for not having a plan what does that make the idiots running the club for last 11 years without one.

If the Blue Union have no viable plan then what is their purpose??? Is it solely as we all suspect to get rid of Bill Kenwright and damn the consequences

I just wish we could all just shut up and talk about football.

They are struggling to run the club within the limit of funds it generates.

Changing the board will not increase our fan base, local or global overnight will it?

Make us a money making giant?

As for the mission statement, that's why I'm trying to find their website so I can find out what it is in detail.

Not a word that`s often used in the English language.

“THE BLUE UNION”
Representatives from a coalition of Everton Football Club fan groups, including Evertonians for Change, KEEPING EVERTON IN OUR CITY,
The Peoples Group and School of Science 1878 met to discuss a number of well documented issues that have blighted Everton Football
Club for a number of years.
A number of key issues were debated, and it quickly became obvious that there was total agreement regarding a number of pertinent
issues. It was agreed that we would work together, collectively, and as one, under the banner of “The Blue Union”.
It was further decided that the respective groups would pool their resources, their expertise and their know-how for the betterment of all
things Everton, and also that a statement of intent would be circulated and invitations would be extended to all Evertonians who agree
with our mutual aims.
It was also made clear that the group would strive to be inclusive, not exclusive, and open to all and finally that “The Blue Union” would
campaign on the issues and not the personalities.
Our mutual goals are as follows:
• That the group would be open to all supporters /members of its constituent parts ( Evertonians for Change, KEIOC, The Peoples Group
and SOS 1878) This is not an exhaustive list and hopefully will include representatives from other like-minded groups of Evertonians.
• That the group will be totally opposed to all forms of discrimination, sexism, would toe the line of no political party, would actively work
against sectarianism and would seek to foster an agenda of tolerance and harmony.
• That the group would actively embark on a campaign to lobby local, regional and national media outlets to report on the true facts
surrounding the stagnation of Everton Football Club, the lack of transparency and accountability within "The Peoples Club" (a moniker,
tellingly, that the club have ceased to promote).
• That all forms of peaceful protest would be considered.
• That we would assist the Owner, the Chairman, the Board and the Executive Officers in their endeavours to attract investment and/or a
takeover of the Club.
• That we would work with all interested parties to resolve the longstanding Stadium issue.
• We would campaign to elect a Fans Parliament that would representative of all sections of our fan base and, crucially, be an entity that is
elected and not selected. Furthermore the meetings should and must be free and independent from outside influence and in having its
agenda dictated by the owners of Everton Football Club.
• That the Fans Parliament would be wholly accountable to all supporters with contact details of all representatives and minutes of
meetings put into the public domain as a matter of habit and course.
In closing, it's important to state that "The Blue Union" is primarily the name for the cooperative ventures being undertaken by the various
fan groups mentioned above. Each group retains independence, but accepts that the interests of Everton Football Club and her wonderful
supporters are best served by all of us pulling together in one direction and pooling expertise and knowledge when it is most needed.

Fine work of fiction....how's the stadium issues going? How's the helping the owner ,Chairman et al in looking for investment going? What if you are NOT a like-minded Evertonian, will you be called an apologist and your views on any matters ignored or overlooked.

Assist the owner?

We are owned by a group of share holders!

Would these share holders be willing to work with them after the Kenwright-Gate fiasco?

Bovril it is open to everyone so why
not attend the next meeting and ask? As for branding people apologists or calling people who protest kopites it is wrong. We are all Everton fans. March or not come 3pm I'll be back in the Gwaldys Street cheering the team watching Denis the Menace hopefully score a debut hatrck

It is funny how now KEIOC, a member of the Union dont see people as apologists?

Will Mr Fitzpatrick welcome the apologists on the Union march? After shooting down anyone with a view that differs from his for the last two years he know wants the Union to preach unity?

It's been said before, and I'll say it again: "Kenwright/Board out!" is not a solution/option without suggestions/candidates for a future Chairman/Board.
BLUE UNION. Name some names of serious candidates to take over the club, and you'll get more interest and maybe support from the Everton fans. COYB! IMWT!

Romania name the serious efforts the board have made to find investment? After all under oath they swore it was not. If you want to sell you advertise name a price and use a third party to help not some puppeteer impressionist.
Fans could help find investment if maybe the club I don't know named a price and advertised the sale

we're talking about taking over the whole club, not bits of it. With all due respect to our fans and their contacts, I don't think we can just say "I know somebody who has a few hundred million to spare....and he's an Evertonian etc.
Buying the present Board's shares has been estimated at around 80 million thus "owning" the club. (don't nail me down on that figure). The necessary investment in the team - not to mention a new stadium - is anyone's guess. But be careful, do you want a Venky type, a Lerner type, a Yeung type a mad-dog type like Hearts....or just a Sheikh ya Money from Dubai?
It's not an easy one to answer, and as much as we all want to see Everton at "the next level"- money is the key, and we ain't got none. And if BK resigned tomorrow, we still wouldn't have any.
