Ahem......On the most recent occasion that I was golfing with Bruce Grobbelaar* he spoke of his frustrations with Souness. Talked about how he was the best he played with, but the worst manager. tried to change too much too quickly and tried to impose himself on the team as a leader with an iron grip. With so many experienced players in the team it seems this didn;t go down well at all (especially his decision to try to ban them from playing golf after training).
