Still a long way to go for India, a couple of quick wickets and England right back into this

Thanks Admin. Much appreciated

Hopefully, after this series, India adopt and accept DRS.
DRS will help India big time!!
Exactly Facty - to be fair I don't think it would have been Dhoni's decision to not have it. Probably some BCCI exec with a chip on his shoulder
After England scored 500+ I was dreading watching India bat. Was expecting to wake up 4-5 wickets down yesterday.
Vijay and Pujara settled that. Thanks guys
I'm not fan of BCCI but Dhoni was very stubborn against DRS use.. Then he would moan about umpires
Thanks Admin π
Understand you have a busy job and sometimes little stressful.. Sincerely appreciate your prompt attention. Once in a while, it would be fun if you also join regarding current series
Ashwin will be more effective in Englands second innings.
At the moment, I cannot see past a draw

Thanks
India's day by a country mile. Would have hoped for more runs.
Have a sneaky feeling the pitch may be a bit more baowler friendly tommorrow
Damn Murli.. Well played though plus that was a tired short. Rashid lucky to get his wicket!
Silly mistake - wanted him there tomorrow morning, but hats off to a good knock
and that last over just swung the day
all he had to do was bat that over out!!!
As I said before, Mishra is waste of space..
Shorty can't bowl well nor field & now can't even defend against below average bowler Hameed
"However its been infested with trolls with little cricket being discussed."
Wonder what two posters that could possibly be?
Those two wickets at the end took the gloss off what was a pretty decent day for us. Still a lot of work to be done tomorrow although if we do bat out the two sessions it would either take a monumental England collapse for us to win or a spin masterclass from Ashwin and Jadeja. At the moment a draw is 90% likely imo.
We still have plenty of batting to come. Rahane, Ashwin, Saha and Jadeja..should easily get to 500. Can't see anything other than a draw to be honest.
hopefully subsequent wickets will be a bit more spin friendly. Might as well play to our strength. You can bet your bottom dollar there will be green, seaming wickets when India tour England.
Of course it was Kav..who else would it be?
He's probably gone off running to the admins complaining about something else now. Remember when he vehemently denied complaining to the admins and they posted he was? Two-faced tw@t he is.
Quite frankly I'm amazed that we left green on the surface here at Rajkot - the Bangladesh series should have been enough to convince the coaches to go all in with a spin wicket. Get cracks appearing early and spin them out of the game especially as our spin trio of Ashwin, Jadeja and Mishra is far better than theirs on home soil. Lets hope we're just lulling them into a false sense of security
As for the threads Pogback, the less said by me the better. I usually don't get involved in the petty nonsense that goes on but it really has reached an unforseen pathetic level. Two posters in particular both ironically Pakistani fans love to derail threads and talk constant bΕllôcks which is a shame as I had a thread up last year for the World Cup which went great but the constant pettiness means I try to avoid creating threads on the cricket board.
Hey Kav\Pogback -
Be good to get a decent cricket discussion going while this series is going on. Usually when India play it's silly season on here.
Hopefully we attract some cricket fans who want to talk about the game rather than petty nonsense.
As for the game - all was going well until that last over. Silly from Vijay, as much as it was a fantastic knock, it would have been ideal for him to see the day out, especially as Pujara went.
Can't really blame the night watchman, he done his job and saw the the day out.
Plenty of batting to come and hoping Kohli stands up tomorrow.
