Regarding sax change, there have been thousands of operations done. Try Thailand... Some go all the way with tackle chopped off and even reconstructed holes. Hormone treatments can make a fella without his nuts (where a number of androgenising hormones are produced) are for all intensive purposes female.
===================

yeah this is not what i meant, this is also weird and just plain wrong.

Interesting view

In order to be a true mental disorder, it must satisfy at least one of three criteria: it must cause distress to the person; it must interfere with that person's ability to function; or it must increase the risk of harm to the person or others. Furthermore, it must not be something that is culturally accepted.

What did you mean then? You asked for an example and I gave thousands.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes I mean naturall turned from man to woman.

You cant give me one.

because it is not possible.

it is unnatural

We are humans brightdave.

Now if you could possibly give me one example where a man has biologically changed into a woman ill be happy to give it more discusssion.

General scientific consensus is that we evolved from apes. Apes are animals, ergo, we are also animals too.

Not that simple.

Research shows that suicide rates after surgery are high and many scientists believe that there is no change from male to female but simply feminised males and masculinized females.

Many psychologists would agree with you that they don't become women after surgery stretty.

The crux of this argument is wanting to be something you can't be is a form of mental illness.

TBH, 90% of the time, men who become women just end up looking like men in drag. See Caitlyn Jenner for instance. I think many must end up unhappy with the end result.

Don't think you can argue that is natural, but niether is most of our way of life. I won't pretend to understand it because I don't, but it's not really any of our business what someone else does with their body.
Why is it wrong that someone is what they want to be?

It is weird.

imagine wanting to be soemthing you can never be.

like wanting to all of a sudden become a microwave.

I know from a distance it seems weird, but there are so many variations in nature that make transgender seem positively bland. Reproductive biology now is beginning to refer to gender as more of a spectrum on which one may be on, rather than classical male or female.

In humans it isn't just a mental imbalance, but can be chromosomal due to anomalies in meiosis during gamete production by the parents. Take the south African woman. She's considered a woman but has a deep voice, possibly shaves and has massive testosterone production which makes her physically more male but still has two x chromosomes so generally considered a genetic female.

Is it weird? Maybe, but it is actually natural.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Have to say you are reaching IMO

The bearded lady is for all extents and purposes mentally and physically a woman.

A person looking in the mirror and seeing another gender is confused

Yes, imagine as a young child feeling you are not the same as everyone else. Having to subsequently repress these feelings in order to “fit in.”

Defining transgender entirely as a mental disorder, or referring to trans people as simply “weird,” much like homosexuality used to be, hardly demonstrates acceptance.

Regardless of the psychological/genetic ‘condition’ excommunicating trans people from society, and trying to strip them of basic civil liberties is (IMO) not demonstrative of a forward thinking society.

Not sure what you want me to elaborate on tbh

The argument is that both see themselves different to their reality.

In simple terms a very skinny anorexic looks at themselves and sees an overweight person which is comparable to a woman looking at herself and seeing a man

That's in simple terms

It is only due to that last aspect that many football fans aren't committed to institutions for life.
