Couldn't argue against most of the names on that list apart from Kompany, who's one of the most overrated players around.

Has he ever managed 25 appearances in a season for City?

Did you read what I wrote about Kompany? His leadership is really undervalued I think and people forget that even if he doesn't play that often, he's still really good when he does.

I changed my name because I'm turning over a new leaf. It's come to my attention that some people don't like me very much and feel like I ruin the site for other people. This was never my intention, I thought everything I did was in good humour and only for a laugh. I've changed my name to show that I'll try and be more sensitive to other people and see if I'm going too far.

I read the whole of it and I'm still not buying it.

The captain's armband has developed into something of an emeritus position at my club. Our current skipper,(as well as the two who came before him),will be lucky to make more than 8 appearances in a season.

All that "leading from the bench" stuff is a whole load of bollox if you ask me.

Are you an Arsenal fan? If so, wouldn't you say that your club in particular has struggled over the years due to not having a strong leadership figure?

Which is why I gave the example.

You're always going to need someone on the pitch who can bash a few heads together.

Would help if Jedinak was playing in the PL for a start.
