Your list is good, but I'd say JT is highly rated, it's just the rival fans don't like him as a person. Same could be said about Costa, but heven is not liked because of his antics in the pitch. Also, Petr Cech was always been rated by all. David Luiz I agree with, but most rival fans tend to exaggerate his mistakes. Kompany has always been rated as a top CB. Agree with Drinkwater, he is the most improved player. Santi hasn't been anywhere near the level he showed in the first few season with Arsenal.
Eriksen is very inconsistent and definitely not underrated. Fuchs and Valencia are steady player but not pulling up trees, so underrated isn't the word.

I think Moses, Lallana deserve a mention, they are the most improved players this season.

So only two players of your list are underrated imo. So i give this article 1 . 2 out of 10 means that you got 20% of the players correct. Maximum rating is 5, hence 20% @ 5 = 1
