Have we really only conceded 13 league goals all season? Second fewest in the division? Our defence must be fantastic!

And a few of them should have been avoided.

But great to on the up, never look back.

Why? Swansea were looking potential sub-eleveners, ffs.

It seems obvious now that we were going to hold on. Why didn't I realise that at the time? Would have been a lot less stressful.

Highlights, if you can get them

Cheers Ang. Clearly we battered them. 1-0 is a travesty.

BJ kicked it and it went in. Magical TV moment.

Back from the iPro.

Enjoyed this game especially the first half. Norwich are a good side and I was getting a bit nervous 'til I realised that they had actually created nothing.

Moment of precisenessness from BJ settled it after Hughes had contrived to bodge it up and even with 5 added, we held on. We looked solid 👍

Sounds like Baird was excellent today.

I'm as happy to criticise players as anybody for poor displays, but condemning or writing them off is only for berks like 666. It's amazing how often players make fools of us. You would think we might learn from it.

Best win of The "Mac to the Future" era. We were solid defensively...a threat at times and all that really against a decent side. We were not breathtaking dont get me wrong but we are so heading the right way again. Clement and Pearson's "work" is being undone bit by bit.

Backo, could it be argued that clement instilled the defensive discipline that is serving us well right now? coupled with mcclaren and his more dynamic approach to forward play, it's looking like the good times are well on their way back.

No credit for the loony though, he did nothing positive.

Harps...i would say its alot easier defending the way Clement had us playing as it was "no risk" football. McClaren has us again playing attacking football whilst being solid.

I am still at a loss of why Pearson could not see he was not getting the best out of these players. Derby are a different animal to the one that lost to Blackburn in Pearson's last match. Thank muck McClaren is back.

The whole Pearson episode is baffling. There doesn't seem to be any other explanation other than the loony theory.

9 league games before Pearson yielded 18 points

9 league games with Pearson yielded 6 points

9 league games after Pearson have yielded 20 points.

Conclusion Pearson was crap. He could shout a lot though which some on here thought was good management.

Darren Bent today was winning everything in the air. No air headers and he touched the ball more today than in all his previous games. Someone has done a super coaching job on him and Ince. Loved the way Ince turned their defender inside out for that chance. Keogh was again excellent. If there is a better central defender in this division I am yet to see him unless it's Pearce..

Onward to Wigan. Hopefully upward.

Spart...there has to be a certain amount of time given to any manager but it was like Pearson totally ignored certain abilities this side had. Im at a loss that he couldnt see it but the normal fan could. Couldnt be happier tonight...McClaren was the best appointment for us..we are not firing on all cylinders yet but its coming. And ill repeat probably you're best ever quote on 606...Onward to Wigan.

Excellent display from the Rams. Defensively superb to give Norwich nothing for 95mins, amazing.

Ince I thought was poor generally with some flashes and Johnny equally poor. Max was a bit too rushed with his passes but that is inexperience.

Johnson was excellent, poss his best game for the Rams and a great goal too. Man of the match for me.

Butters was too deep in the first half with Johnson and Hughes too leaving solid with little going forward. Second half they pushed up and we created chances. Bent was super up top.

Two winnable games coming up. Top 6 beckons.

I thought Pearson was an excellent choice until the first game and he went down hill from there. It wasn't just the results, the style was awful as well. Playing just two light weight runners in Hughes and Bryson as defensive midfielders was ridiculous. They both racked up bookings in their effort to prevent Big physical strikers running at our defenders. Plus neither could get forward to do damage to the opposition. In the end Pearson seemed to be the only person who couldn't see it wasn't working.

I can't believe that he wasn't able to see it wasn't working. For me the question is why he didn't do anything about it. Did he think that the players would eventually evolve into what he wanted them to be? Or was he just pig-headed and making some sort of point ? If so, what and why?
