seems to be a fair prediction to me. a wolves team flying high against a, let's be absolutely clear, spurs side bereft of any ideas or quality.

If he's using that criteria has he got Swansea down for a result as well?

we may well lose this one. very tough game.

We have a good overall record there but I would not make any predictions at the moment my fellow Spurs fans. If we win then we can make better predictions for the future but whilst we are in this bit of a slump it's very difficult knowing Spurs as I do. I just hope we ram it fight back at 8blithero though.

i hope you can too... as a north londoner i wish nothing but the best for spurs. unfortunately with your depleted squad lacking in so many areas i just have to be realistic. no offence intended

Coming from a guy that supports a team that just lost 8-2
Atleast we actually kept our best players unlike you...........sold 2 world class players and bought in 2 average crocks in Benayoun and Arteta ....No wonder why your so bitter

Wolves at home are very hard to beat. Most of the teams from the top 4 dropped points there..

I would predict a 1-1 draw but it really is a tight game. If it was at White Hart Lane it would be a lot easier for you..

a point there would be a good result, but judging by our start, i think we need the 3 points badly.

Just as well we're not in the top 4 then.

"Judging by our poor start" those are the key words mate. 3 points is a must and nothing less i'm afraid. Getting 1 or 0 points in our first 3 games when we are trying to get back into the top 4 is not good. We have to beat Wolves

A point is a fair result but we really need all three, adebayor brace. 2 - 1

Should be a decent game. Wolves were unlucky not to win their home match vs. Tottenham last year so it will be interesting to see who has improved since.

The veteran Friedel may well be key.

He's biased.. I would say 3-1 to Wolves.

Don - is this a "must win" already?

I'd settle for a draw

posted on 8/9/11

I think a draw is enough for Tottenham. Anything to get that first point on the board

posted on 8/9/11

I'd settle for a draw but not 0-0,I'd like our strikers to score for a change. A 3-0 and a 1-5 and then a win for us would be very difficult form to predict for the future. Often after a break a team playing well might drop in form and a team playing badly might benefit from it. I hope it's the latter but as I said I'd settle for a draw.
