Well, I suppose it was coming after recent results, but it is a bit harsh when they are still 5th in the table. Expectations are indeed very high at Welford Road.

predictions for 6 nations this year?
Are we expecting Ireland vs England? Will it be another grandslam? Scotland to finally overcome whatever mental hang ups they still have?
Blarmy
Fully expect Ireland v England to be the championship decider, not sure about a Grand Slam decider.
As for Scotland more small steps improvement I think. All dependent on injuries because we just don't have the same depth of resources. 1-15, maybe even 1-23 we're OK but we need everybody fit. That's just the way it is.
Should be a cracking last match it Ireland.
Ireland have Italy and Scotland amongst their away matches that I'd expect them to win. Wales away will be tough.
But, England also have to go to Wales. The Welsh will have a say where the championship goes of they don't win it themselves.
England will be champions but it won't be a cake-walk.
There won't be a Grand Slam this season and the apparent 'seedings' from the last day fixtures will not follow what the great and the good might think.
Scotland will finish higher than 5th.

No tears please, you have plenty of back row options as good or better.

Are you telling me you're a neutral then?
BTW, the date for your diary is 8th April this year. Proper old school day rugby day out if you're up for it mate.
Yeah, although I'll admit to maybe edging towards England as my grandad followed his country massively in rugby and cricket in particular.
Will have to see as I'm away in Scotland at some point in April.
Remember I told you least year about the 50/50 special needs rugby we were working on locality. Well its kinda got out the ground and as far as I know its still going on in Bradford. Great feelgood in supporting that.
.
Good stuff have you got a link? I've got quite a few people who really enjoy tag rugby. Some decent players too. They're all League though
Hi mate, I think this might get you close

Failing that, contact these, there's a big push behind it in Scotland. I know Jamie - he's very keen and will give you a lot of help.

Don't worry about the league thing, all these guys start out in tag so shouldn't be an issue. In any case it's the duty of all of us to do missionary work.
PS Let me know how you get on.
On a different subject, really sad to see what's been going on at Bradford Bulls. I know a few people who are really in to rugby and the Bulls, but face a future with no club.
I hope they can at least start again down in the second tier of the Championship. Not looking good though as a proposed pre season fundraiser scheduled for Sunday has been called off due to lack of players.
Looks like we got Underhill. Not sure how I feel about that, Flouw hasn't been great recently but surely he will still be first choice.
Demus
Your building a good squad down there.
BTW, 8th April this year if you're free.
Maybe, I'll know closer to the time.
