There are protests going on across Scotland today regarding this.
While I would normally argue that protests here about American foreign policy are a bit pointless, I think the way in which the British government (initially) reacted to this, and the way in which they are still only sort-of condemning it, and adding in the current right-wing climate that could easily see the UK follow a similar path, then protests seem entirely sensible.
Enjoy Seville.
Less than two weeks into the job and the guy is creating havoc. Genuinely thought he'd be called to heel by the grown ups around him.

What a load of absolute cobblers and a distinct waste of time and effort.
It's a state visit ffs. Politics plays no part in them.
Now we also have the loony left suggesting that if parliament don't get the Brexit "the people" ""really"" voted for it should go back to another vote.
Let's just keep on voting over and over until others get their wish.
Trump was voted in on promises. He's keeping them.
Heap of judges already flouting the order as its apparently unconstitutional according to American law

Steve Bannon with the help of Jeff Sessions is running America now. Looking at the executive orders that much is clear. Trump is the front man.
However if every democrat and political commentator start to go onto US TV and say that it is clear that those two are running the country then Trump will not like that and wont be slow at getting rid of them.
Who he replaces them with may just be worse though

Honestly. If people put the same effort into changing things they can influence we'd all be in a better place.
Democracy (as we define it) has spoken loud and clear in the UK, in Europe and now the US.
Get on with it.

Someone reads the Daily Mail
Pray tell, what Brexit did the people actually vote for?
Trump is an amatuerish, emotional fookwad - but a dangerous amatuerish, emotional fookwad. It made me cringe to see our PM walking hand in hand with this notorious sex-pest. And the idea that he should be 'honoured' and rewarded for his actions with a state visit to the UK is quite shameful.
Mind you the Trumpet and Phil the Gdeek probably share the same world view.
Thanks Ivan

And as it stands they are being deported.
Whether that's right or wrong is a different argument. But judges can't just flaunt his executive orders.
This is part of an appeal and as such is. completely different.

Don't get smart with me sonny Jim.
Nobody put conditions on leaving europe. Cameron went out and asked the people did they want to leave or stay. The vote was clear.
No point whining about it later with a "eh ah didnae really mean it ken" attitude and putting on conditions that are wholly unavhievable and unrealistic which when prove to be so ask to vote again.
Fwck off.

The judges have stopped them being deported though, as I believe they're arguing it isn't constitutional, partly as the department of justice weren't consulted prior to the order being executed.

I was saddened by the Brexit result but it is what the people wanted so we just have to get on with it and do all we can to make Britain better for it
The eye these protests are going and the throwing of the toys out the pram when a democratic decision does not go your way is actually quite worrying
These needy kants should fack off and go live in a dictatorship

Fwcking "woe is me" whiny cwnts do my nut in.
The big mistake Cameron made wi Brexit is that he should have had a clause that the winning vote had to have a minimum percentage to go ahead with it.
