Vultures will start sharpening their talons if we lose today

--------

losing today is out of the question as far as i am concerned.

there are no excuses now harry, we have midfield and striking options.

There is also no uncertainty about modric's immediate future at the club.

win needed please

exactly. all the players most of us wanted shipped out are gone.. bentley, keane, hutton, crouch

so now no excuses, we have at the club the players we want.

my focus in todays game will be on our defence. I am not convinced by our centre backs and I hope that today they inspire my confidence.

Last season if i remember rightly we conceded a couple of goals from set pieces in the 3-3.

Lets hope for an improvement

have started very well and can hurt us at set-pieces again if we're sleeping.

--------

haha exactly a point i highlighted just before you posted this. !!! set pieces have been my pet hate with spurs for a while. attacking and defensive. its just so lazy and unprofessional not to be competent at them !!!!!!!!!!!!

we have conceded 8 goals in 2 games. I would like a clean sheet

Chronic - Wolves also had a goal disallowed wrongly if i remember correctly, we seem to go to pieces when the oppositions crowd gets on top of us and we are under pressure, not convinced that has changed but we shall see!

Wolves are no pushovers, but if we cant beat teams like Wolves (no disrespect) then we shouldn't hope for much this season

RRP. Wolves are a good team. I respect them quite a bit.

But, we need to be looking at the teamsheet and thinking, there is no reason whatsoever why we should not beat them.

I believe that they have reduced capacity due to building work?? So hopefully that will mean the crowd is quieter.

When an opposition teams fans get on the up, and they force the issue, we usually concede.

we are so soft. Scott Parker needs to come in and not take any nonsense.

Chronic - Not only are Wolves a good team, but they have made a very impressive start to the season, will be raring to go against us today

Agreed though, on paper this is 3 points, and to be honest even on the pitch it should be 3 points, but for some reason we do bottle it at grounds like this

We really cant afford NOT to score the first goal, its crucial in games like this, especially when we are desperate for some points, and we are desperate despite what people might say

To be honest, im not a fan of Parker, seems to run around a lot and not do much, but we shall see!

I like Parker but it's his little chicken drummer legs that make me

---------

i used to laugh at him when he played for west ham. tight sweaty bum shorts and dodgy hair cut.

good player though i think although i have a big spammer at work who couldnt stand him... said he was all about me me me me me , and slowed down every attack by insisting on doing a pirouhette with the ball every time he got it

Spotted that as well

All our players look very smart with their shirts tucked in, socks pulled up, shin pads on straight...Hope Parker doesn't ruin the look

lol... azza?

i do not mind if players dont tuck their shirts in. I am a big spurs man but if i played for spurs i wouldnt tuck my shirt in, because thats how i play football.

i am a right winger by the way, decent player, maybe harry could bring me in to put some pressure on azza.
