I've watched countless interviews on BT Sport with him, passion doesn't look something he is capable of. I don't believe he would be any different on the BBC.

I would get rid of him yesterday. I have absolutely no confidence in the man to get it right anymore. God knows what's went on this last year but the difference between the beginning of last season and the last 12 months have been startling.
His signings outwith his initial splurge have been horrendous, outwith one, and they were only championship level at best. Even then some of them are abysmal and wage thieves.
MOH - 500k for someone who has no passion or commitment to the club whatsoever. We'll be lucky to get anything back for him.
Forrester - Signed because Warburton knew him from Brentford. Done alright last season but hasn't done anything of note this.
Garner - £1.8m for this pile of crap. Wow just wow. Preston must have been laughing all the way to the bank when we offered that.
Barton - said at the time I didn't want him and he was clearly just up to cause trouble. Wish him all the best in receiving a severe knee injury in the near future.
Kranjkar - Another past it has been. Injured unsurprisingly.
Rossiter - Does he even exist? Injured pretty much since he signed. Probably gets injured if a leave blows on him.
Windass & Crooks - Played for Accrington Stanley and you can see why. One is already away on loan and hopefully the other leaves sooner rather than later.
Dodoo - Not given a chance. One good display against Partick apart, the manager has shown no trust in the lad whatsoever
Senderos - FFS 16k a week for this clueless numpty. Played twice for us or something, got himself sent off on his debut as he couldn't hack it and probably could have been against Partick.
Hill - Only one who has been remotely decent and he is past his best. Unfair that he was brought in among the rest of the dross.
Hodson, Gilks - Brought in as squad players. One already away and the other not getting an opportunity incase he performs better than Warbys favourite Tavernier.
Not to mention his result & performances away from home are unacceptable.
Either way it's a moot point as with this board in place we won't be getting anyone else or the required funds to improve.

Who's Elisha Warburton? and why does she work at an agency who Rangers sign players from?
I think with Hill, he started well but is culpable as well. He's been worse with every passing game I see him, there should be no new contract because time has caught up with him lately.

It's all very easy to say get rid of someone who isn't doing as well as you'd like, but it's not as simple as that. Warburton will be there for the foreseeable future.
