Puts years on you and women like it.
If you keep it up for a few weeks then you actually get a bit addicted to it due to endorphin's which is basically smack and you actually end up wanting to go.

Yeah, the gym isn't the only place where you can meet girls. You can engage in different sports. There are tennis club, 5 a side sports grounds, swimming clubs etc... It's recommended that you exercise daily. I feel very moody if I don't excercise daily.
I guess you would probably feel the same of you make a habit of it.

Girls, girls, girls.

Yep, moody looking ones.
Went back this week after 18 months of paying monthly fees. It's good for body and mind. I prefer Squash, Tennis and 5 a side now I'm too old for proper football as the competing takes my mind off the fact I'm exercising but alas they are reserved for centerparcs and holidays.
Puts years on you
That doesn't sound great tbh

You don't have to use a gym environment but regular structured exercise promotes good posture, and strengthens the musculoskeletal system, and so minimises the impact of day to day life on your body, this potentially adding years of extra higher quality pain free life to your overall total. Which is one side of a many sided dice of general benefits.
Gym isn't necessary though. But movement is.
In other move on words Ronny........! ,yer lazy burger .

Basicaly OP you are a weak mandem and will never reach the goal life us top lifters do.
You are not about this or anything.
I have stopped going to the gym,and I have never felt better ! I do a lot of walking and a 10 min daily stretch excercise, also eat a healthy diet and drink in moderation,(thats the hardest part) . I'm a smug burger now ! laugh>

You look like a lardy burger
Have you ever considered playing football semi-professionally?
I was going regularly last year then I tailed off in the summer and then broke my ankle in August and since then practically started eating fast food most days diving into a sort of depression... now I'm just lazy with a can't be bothered attitude
Pulled my adductor muscle last week so I'm back in the depression mode
love it...as above its a drug...especially if you're noticing change/improvemnents I get a right cob on if I have to miss a session.
I plan to go 5 times a week so I usually make it 3 or 4. Usually for an hour but have seen myself leaving after 20mins on occasion.
You know yourself if you aren't being serious but life gets in the way. People that are fanatic about it are all well and good as long as I don't have to listen to them
2 muscle groups a day and a min of 20 min cardio everyday. Normally the girls in the gym are a good reason to get down there.

If those yoga pants aren't motivation enough then you must be experiencing the deepest darkest depression
I lift heavy weights twice a week (40mins each) and box twice a week. That's plenty for me. It can be a chore and obsession is definitely an element. If you cant be bothered/lack commitment, just go sparingly to keep active, fit and healthy. I don't get those that go 5/6 times a week, that's addiction
Only just started going back to gym after breaking my arm in Sept, feels good being back in the holy temple. But seriously it's a good thing to do, whether you're weightlifting or getting doing cardio you feel more confident, get healthier, one thing I don't get is people (not referring to you op just going on a mini rant) who find gym boring and so ridicule others who go gym, it's like people who go on match threads where their team isn't playing just to moan about how bad the match is for them.
