22K last night, Weekday evening games are the times to try the kid for a quid stuff and try to get more people engaged with the club.
Could be doing far far more to encourage new people back or people that maybe stopped coming.
Agree, kids for a quid for midweek games is an excellent idea. Get people in. They'll buy, drinks, food, merchandise, will work out more than just a quid and fir the support bonus also. Posh do a group booking scheme where if 4 people buy tickets, they get a discounted fee.
That FA cup game which got 7k, why weren't we down the local schools giving out free tickets to the kids.
Just booked my hotel and train for Reading so I want a good atmosphere down there....a weekend in the smoke and 3 points is much needed.
I don't think anyone at Leeds has grasped the concept that if you reduce ticket prices, the more people you get through the door because of this the more you make from merchandise and food and drink sales....its baffled me for years

I'm in the cheese wedge for the Wednesday game, difficult to get tickets in the South Stand at times!
In the article, they go on about the support and getting as many points at home as they can. Its generally about the club and not the money. 2 games for 30 odd quid is decent and one of.them is a 6 pointer

Shaun,
How come you have filtered Jonty?
Which game - Leeds or Blackburn, do you think Reading is expecting a bigger crowd?
