Name any current player you'd have starting the first game next season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not bothered. Will leave that to the new management team

Everyone else are new or young players

And Vydra
It was a defender who has first run into the box all day.
No Derby player followed him. Free header.

A defender scores a late header again ?
Centrehalf. Captain. We keep leaving players unmarked at set pieces.
You can talk responsibility and/or accountability, but it's an undeniable trend that we concede cheaply at set pieces and that's supposed to be Keogh's domain. He doesn't defend them or score from them.
Sounds like a bad goal to concede then, but only a berk would insist on blaming Keogh if it was a full back who headed it in.

PS not bothered either way about Keogh, just trying to be fair.
Organisation at defending set pieces is primarily the responsibility of the management. Obviously Rowett has only just come in but this has been a recurring theme. I don't doubt he will sort it out. As it happens, like Ang says, if we can get a better centre-half then I would be happy to see Keogh go. Stupid to try to blame every single thing on one player though, he can't be everywhere at the same time, nor can he directly control what others do. Everyone should know his job on the pitch.
I'm not particularly against the Players not on my list ...
I just think a big sheet of blank paper is needed ... mel moneybags shelves out a load to sell or cancel contracts and we bring in players you would like to have next to you in fox hole
And they wear black boots.
And top level of car allowed is a Skoda Octavia
SodtSoditSodit.
But Gary's interview was better than we have had from SM.

You all wanted Keogh back. You all want to retain him.
You all want shooting.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shoot me. Apart from your anger levels, and your extraordinary carrying of grudges, both of which are a bit disquieting, we have a couple of issues.
Keogh, by manner of his positioning is most frequently last man. More responsibilty then, for sure, and when he messes up, it's going to be clear to the world. Even you, with your secretary's notepad to hand, don't catch every peccadillo of misfiring forwards, but then, they're not your prey.
Secondly, everyone knows that our need for a replacement increases with time. A series of managers have either not tried, or been unable, to find the improvement we need for such a crucial position. This may be your hour. Take your rucksack, go out and find that man. Instant hero.
Watched the game and we had 11 statues in the box for a 94th minute corner. Just felt like nobody willing to put there body on the line to secure the win, good luck sorting that out Gary.

Keogh's been consistently found wanting. Perhaps you have a different recollection to the official stats but he scores on average one goal per season: does this suffice? Does it? That's not a new thing, he hasn't tailed off recently: he has no threat. Why do you think that is, for a centre half who is championed as the 'footballing' one? I'll share my theory: it's because he's not actually very smart at all. That's why he is so easily marked at our corners and so easily lost at theirs. Look at the goals we concede: actually watch them, and see how often Keogh is on his own, yards from the play, with no oppo within touching distance.
Open your eyes, Cat, and try seeing what's there instead of what you wish were.
Collectively they are missing "something "
Pointless being personal about individuals ... keep a few ( personal opinion that they have more in the locker ) and build a new team hopefully with the missing elixir in place
I might have contradicted myself there ...
I've seen enough in the last three years to know they don't rev my engine any more .
