Well I renewed our season tickets today. Just under a thousand for the three of us but then you can't really put a price on pain, misery and disappointment.

Might have to invest in an away membership for the few months of the season I will get to see.

That must've stung a bit; nearly three hours of NHS overtime just gone, like that.

Vidal.

Dont take the ferry to Capri, hire one of these from the Marina Piccola http://www.nauticasicsic.com/http://.

You can take it from Sorrento across the bay of Naples to Capri harbour. Then go around Capri to the Emerald Lagoon which is better than the blue lagoon.
then onto Positano for Dinner.

One of the best days out.

Not been to Sorrento for 20 odd years, what a fantastic place it is, I'm sure you will have a great time Vidal.

Go to Ischea as well as Capri and Ravello

I just hope Vesuvius behaves, it's overdue an eruption

Grateful for advice. I think I will swim over to Capri, doesn't look too far. As ever, cows lead the way, whether it is annihilating Sparts or chucking themselves from cliffs and swimming to the nearest island. Whenever we are in doubt about anything, we should ask ourselves: what would cows do? Follow that maxim and we won't gang too far agley.
