Good vibes from dressing room regarding Rowett and staff. We may finally have the man to take us forward.
I think forest's injury time goal will keep them up this season

And the strange part is it's probably long term a better appointment now than if he'd come in at the time Pearson started, perverse I know but it feels better now as on his time off he'll have had a better gague of what we were about and what needed to be changed.
Every cloud and all that jazz.
Or the two we scored will send them down.
No the point for them means they are 2 places above the relegation zone going into the international break. That will give them a boost
Blackburn have to go to forest and win rather than just draw now in s few weeks

Hopefully that dressing room will see some big changes anyway: it shouldn't be about whether they like him or not but I'm hoping a fair few of them don't by August.

Sadly, I think that's true Griff.,
Just want to say, on record, I think Rowett is the real-deal. Very impressed. Having to listened to interviews all week, however, from his back room staff, I am less impressed.
Hope I'm wrong
They are only a point above Griff. It won't be today's result that makes the difference. Their next two are away at Preston and Wolves. That will be the test. Flunk it and they really are staring down the barrel.

Only one point though, Griff
Baz, how was the turbo Shandys
It's hard to pick the third-bottom team, assuming Wigan can't get out. Big win for Wolves today. Neither Blackburn nor Brizzle are looking like they are ready to give up. For an impartial observer it's quite exciting. Think it will be Burton though.
Tbf forest games at home and away are better days than Burton home and away so it would be better for them to stay up and Burton or Blackburn go down
I bottled it Griff stuck to the (copious amounts of) lagers
I had visions of being so pi55ed I would be refused entry!
Saving them for next time

He's impressive as the figurehead and mouthpiece of the management team, Baz
Seems like they are a close group though and that's their strength, more than the sum of their parts.
Hopefully they will succeed as a team.
Hope so too Ang. It's just a hunch though, I'm reminded of Cough and his 'mates' when listening to them...
Was thinking about this earlier. Did McClaren fail this time because his partnership with Powell was a marriage made in Mel's head ?
He seemed to be better with Simmo, who I quite rated as assistant.
This time they come as an established team, which bodes well.
I'm delighted with the back room, like the team they all/will know their jobs.

I see Ince cost us at least two goals today when he shot instead of passed to players in goal scoring positions.

It's called a free kick.
