Just wait until fully tuned-up engine during qualifying, lap times will plummet rapidly.
Official F1 app is actually not that bad.
Predicted Podium:
1) Vettel
2) Hamilton
3) Bottas
Ferrari look dangerous this year, I think they'll give Mercedes a real run for their money.
Wishful thinking or hope?
Look at Hamilton's long run laps on the Ultrasoft and I do not believe Mercedes have completely shown their hand yet, nor has Hamilton.
Hamilton coasting to win the first race of the year this weekend barring a car failure I think.
I'll be watching it first thing Sunday morning, but recorded and at a little more sensible hour for a weekend like 10am
I had hoped to see more from Ferrari today, whereas last season was a Merc 2 horse race I think this season will be a Merc 1 horse race.
Bottas to be part of the chasing pack all season, with the Ferrari's and Red Bulls.
Podium for Sunday
1) Hamilton
2) Dan Ric
3) Vettel
Both Mclarens out by lap 10!!!!!
I'll be throwing marbles on the track whenever Hamilton comes round, so put your money on Vettel
Thankfully that wasn't the massacre I think many were anticipating. Although tomorrow will be a lot more important in assessing the Merc's race pace vs the Ferrari's and how challenging it is to follow other cars and overtake.
Heard Hamilton has been looking sluggish in his practice starts lately, plus a hot track suits Ferrari more apparently and we're in for a hot one tomorrow. Could be pretty interesting
It's sad seeing McLaren being absolutely poor, hope they ditch Honda, was a big risk to go with them

"I stood at pit exit throughout FP3 and saw Hamilton getting plenty of wheelspin on his practice starts, while the Ferrari and Red Bull had cleaner getaways with less wheelspin. If that were played out in the race, Vettel would have the lead at Turn 1."
Hamilton was struggling with practice starts.
I guess the hot track thing given the comment above. Webber was saying on the coverage over here than some Mercedes dude was telling them they want a cooler track as the heat suits Ferrari better. So unless Webber is lying
I'm off this thread, I'm about 8 minutes behind. Enjoy.
Well done Lewis. Great win
