Feel this one's a watershed moment one way or the other. If we don't get a result, although not the end of the world, it will be a huge blow.

Here's hoping PNE have a hang over from their euphoria on Tuesday night which you have to say for Simon was an excellent performance - credit where credits due.

Can't decide if, assuming the current 2 to 6 are in the playoffs, I'd rather have Leeds first or at a Wembley final.

I'm confident that Town would come out on top in either scenario, without being sure obviously. But Wednesday beat us twice this season and Reading was a home 1-0 in both games.

Despite those things however, I think I'm leaning towards getting Wednesday/Reading first and an all West Yorkshire final potentially. What as special day for Yorkshire football it would be.

Need some perspective here. Preston have not won away since the beginning of January. They are not going to like our '12th man'.
Their form is almost entirely based on wins at Deepdale, with a couple of draws away. The result on Tuesday was an eye-catcher, nothing more than that.
Preston's improvement is down to Grayson's eye for creative midfield and hungry front line, but his weaknesses have not gone away either - his defence have shiped 48 goals and they are prone to standing back when under pressure. The key to this game I think, is how we deal with McGeady. His assists and goals have given Preston the impetus they needed when their season was going nowhere. If we can keep close to him, that will allow us to impose our game and create opportunities. I think Vieira is best equipped to do this.
The question for us, as ever, is whether we can take hold of this game from the start and do the job required. We need a shot of confidence from this game. I think it will be quite open, given the way Preston like to play, but if we are on form, we will come away with the points. 3 - 1, Wood, Roofe and Jansson to score.

Think we need to stop worrying about the opposition & start to look to dominate them, I know Preston are on a decent run, Larry will have told them about atmosphere at ER but we have to turn up, & compete, that means go from minute 1 to 90, play offs are in our hands and we need to start playing like we know we can, and not be overrawed by the occasion, let's just go out and win the next 7 games....
