Ooops!
Need to get out of my office, (and I thought you were supposed to be working Vidal)?

as long as you have a TV license!
I am indeed Scouse, intermittently. Plenty of work done, and plenty still to do no doubt. In between calls I am maintaining mental freshness by watching the golf and reading stuff on here.

Get a couple of new valves from poundland....
Before I plug-in my computer PSU, I have to 'phone-up the 'leccy board to warn them of the power surge.

I thought he had a dodgy extension lead from the nearest lamp post?
Well, what a day yesterday! Wasn't too pretty but we ground out a result, for a change. Very disappointing goal from them. Another corner. Why we don't have players on both posts I don't understand? We had one on the front post for some reason but it's always the far post...
Disappointed to see Bent come on instead of Vyds?? Don't think he touched it, as per..
I don't think Hughes is GR's 'type' of player either? Yes, hugely skilled and talented but just too lightweight and hasn't got a bloody tackle in him!
Anyhow, nice to nick a late goal. Play was much
more (refreshingly) direct.
Wassa left before the winner??
Baz,
Is the reason Hughes gets so many yellow cards due to opposition players niggling him, but he's too lightweight to return the favour without it being obvious?
I think GR just prefers a more physical presence in the MF. Ball winners. Hughes can nick it off a player occasionally but lacks the physical side to his game.
My mother could tackle harder. He's too bothered about the $$ if you ask me.
Yes I agree though about your comment
Jesus H Christ.............I cannot believe what I'm reading on this site about the great Will Hughes.
You lot are going to be proved mighty wrong pretty soon. Are you the ones who were creaming yourselves when Pearson was appointed manager? Are you the ones who wanted Camara in the team?
We have a wonderful player who has cost us nothing and some of you can't stop yourselves having a go at him.
And yes Scouse, I still think Will is a better player for Derby County than Thomass
VC, wind your colostomy bag in and READ what I said.
I asked if Hughes was GR's 'TYPE OF PLAYER'?
Not having a go at him at all, other than his commitment to tackle.
The same things have always been said by a section of the Derby faithful about players who rely on skill rather than physical attributes. John McGovern and Alan Hinton seemed to have successful careers. More so than the very physical Steve Powell.
Antrim could have signed George Best, Doncaster Rovers, Kevin Keegan, in fact the world of football is littered with players discarded because they weren't big enough but went on to better things.
Would any of the must be physical types turn down Mesut Ozil?
Would prefer Will in the team but if there isn't another midfielder to play the quick passes with, then he is reduced to ratting like Bryson is at the moment.
The Tony Pulis football we are playing at the moment will only get us so far. We got a lucky break yesterday (about time), but we also need to be able to play possession at times.
I see a conspiracy here. I suspect Gary and Mel and the other powers that be have a plan to sell Will to provide funds for a general clear-out and replacement with (what they will think are) better players in order to secure promotion next season. And they are demonstrating (with their current leaving out of Will) that Derby can succeed without him.
All they need is a really successful run-in without Will and Quad Est Demonstratum,
We had a long successful run without Will under Paul Clement. Then it all went the shape of a fruit which wasn't an apple.
The word you are looking for is piriform, spart.
