Even with rival clubs. For example when Chelsea won the CL in 2012, most of my friends who don't support Chelsea were still cheering for us. I don't know if it's a generation thing but for me it's weirder to think of people not supporting the English clubs in Europe.

Apart from Bayern Hotspurs fans

Oh yeah they were piiissed. I got a text from one when Muller scored, totally celebrating. I didn't even text him back that night. I figured it would be better to keep him in suspense all night, waiting for the come back that never came lmao.
I don't get why it's so hard to differenciate between playing in the league and in Europe. Spurs are very good in the league, they aren't in Europe. Trying to use playing away from whl is a cop out.

Why so you can delude yourself you'd have done well in Europe when you aren't any good in it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Considering we've only been in the CL twice and got to a QF I'd say that's punching above our weight. How did you do when you were last in the CL again?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They've won three times
Spurs ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Try reading the question again I asked again. Unless you mean they won 3 times in the group stages, which would be wrong.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why ask for their last campaign !!
Why don't you ask how many times have you won it ?

not necessarily
whl is fairly small pitch size in comparison to Wembley. We play better in tighter spaces where we can close down quickly and pace is not a decisive factor. At wembley there is a lot more space which nullifies our pressing game somewhat and renders pace more important, probably why we are less of a goal threat there.
We need to address this if we're playing at wembley next year thiugh
A metre either side and five metres in length is not a justifiable excuse. I'm not having it, sorry. You've not done anything in Europe when you've played at whl either under Pochettino so I think that's the bigger issue here not the pitch.
Some managers just cannot replicate their form domestically in Europe. Look at Arsene Wenger.
So, you're not feeling confident about the fa semi this week-end ?
No because we're rubbish on larger pitches and I think Rose ia a massive loss for us. Hope I'm wrong!
Am I the only one baffled that Wahl said he had friends?
Is this the guy that claims to support both Chelsea and Manchester United
l,
When Maureen burns all his bridges in Europe and has no choice but to work in Australia or China will you please fυсk off and join him there.
Will Jose do somethign similar v anderlecht like he did v Chelsea and send out a team specificlly designed to stile Anderlecht's quality?
Man Utd will beat Anderlecht easily, the challenge will come after that. Man Utd will win though.
A draw I'd say Wahl, that's Jose's thing
Mourinho doesn't draw a lot in Europe. I think Man Utd will win 2-0 without trying much.

And with that it's now up to Jose Mourinho.
