We are perennial bottles, 2 finals last season and the top 4 battle this season is perfect evidence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
in every final, one team loses. Doesn't make it a bottle.
And how many trophies has that won us Term? Pressure isn't simply measured in terms of playing big hames. It's in moments like today when you need a result or in a big European final against Sevilla for example.

A draw is a better result than no points at the end of the day.

If arsenal and united draw later this starts to look like a good result

I don't think anyone thought Southampton would play so negatively.
------
I did. They played the same way in reverse fixture in the league.

Get a grip of yourself, fecking drama queen. We wouldn't win against all the top clubs if we couldn't handle big games.
He's right though isn't he.

I have a theory. These players know they will be replaced with good ones do they trying to not finish top 4

I have another one
Southampton players looking for a contract at Liverpool.

Drawing against a decent team that parks the bus big time doesn't mean we bottled anything. It's happened on many occasions earlier in the season, no one used the word bottle then.

You think we're going to lose every game anyway, so it's irrelevant what you think.
Your manager talks a load of rubbish. I am happy we defended well. You needed to win
Faaacking hell mate, the delusion is real. It's got nothing to do with who you play, it's about when you play. Today we really needed the result. We didn't get it. We lost two finals last year, again when we needed a result. Hence why me and the poster above have clearly mentioned this is our players bottling it when the heat is on. Nothing to do with whether we're playing Soton or Crawley Town ffs.

We have improved from last year. We need 4 quality players this year and we will improve again. We need players who can unlock deep defenses.
When 4za is talking more sense than you, you really need to look at yourself closely!
To me it just comes down to not having enough quality. Klopp can't afford to keep leaving out players like Lallana and Studge if they are fit to play.
At least Grujic looked good when he came on and provided a bit of drive.

not as irrelevant with most of your comments. if it was up to you we would still have Rodgers in the dug out.
Facts don't lie these players repeatedly bottle it when it really matters. this started with Rodgers and that villa semi-final

You're right but playing unfit players is never the answer. They might have an impact for 20 minutes or so but can often drain very quickly and/or pick up further injuries. We need a squad big enough so that we don't have to even worry about playing them - that is our real problem.

What???!!! You lot automatically throw in the word bottle when we don't win. It's fickle and ridiculous. If Milner had scored the penalty we'd have won and you lot would have been celebrating a well fought victory. And please don't tell me Milner bottled it. I've seen far worse penalties go in, the keeper guessed right and made a good save.
there should be a bottle emoji
We have a quality first eleven but when one is injured like Mane we are facked. Mane is the player which makes our team play the quick attacking style. When he is not there we look poor and slow in attack . When Studge came on we were much better as he has better movement and run the channels unlike the rubbish not so clever Origi.
