Mourinho's anti-football is an issue of course. Especially with the players we had out today. But to ignore the issues with the squad and how it impacts on our ability to counter attack is dumb.
Mourinho's a diiiiick, though, because he must see that our counter attacking is a huge issue but still tries to play that way.
his tactics have been found wanting on so many occasions this season Dazza, and that worries me because prime Jose used to be a fantastic tactician. He used to make subs on the spot, now he's the complete opposite.
Yeah the bus parking is quite annoying. But it's what comes with Mourinho.
Yeah I agree, Arab. The tactics are also not right for this squad, but that's a mistake on his part for trying to use them when they don't suit.
The subs thing is a big concern for me also. It's like he cannot see or doesn't know how to change the issues that are facing him on the pitch.
That always used to be one of his best traits. Fact is, losing to Wenger, even with a much changed team, shows he's not the same manager.

Sideshow, yeah I agree with that. I think there's also an issue with the players at the back and in the middle releasing the ball.
Our cb's are so facking shiiiiit at playing it out from the back. When you win the ball on the edge of your box you want your defenders to play the ball quickly into the space to counter. They just hoof it or play the simple pass into the feet of players being marked.
Rashford and Martial still have a lot of learning to do about moving off the ball. I don't think Mourinho's the sort of coach that will help them massively in this regard as coaching attackers is one of his problems for me. I think that's why he always needs attackers in their prime as they've already developed a lot of the attributes he wants for the attackers.

Are any of "his" signings players who are not good enough or players that any manager would not want?
I'm not so worried about his signings. I think he'll sign top players and the squad should be in good shape when he leaves.
Whether we can reach the level we should be with said signings remains the biggest worry.

It's rare to see a manager stay at the top for over 10 years now, Sir Alex was just a freak of nature. Mourinho has been managing for 17 years now, and you could argue he's tailed off a bit in recent years. He was at his ultimate peak with Inter, and that was 7 years ago.

I'm not so worried about his signings. I think he'll sign top players and the squad should be in good shape when he leaves.
Whether we can reach the level we should be with said signings remains the biggest worry.
