Literally no one is

But some can accept that our manager is in his first season and has a lot of work to do with the squad. As one of those cups gets us back into the CL and therefore gets the type of players we need to become a better side these fans you talk of accept it's not all gonna be great just yet

rest of the team winning just 1 tackle is embarrassing

We can't build out from the back so we might as well go direct to beat the press, put on players with more pace to stretch Spurs and stick another option up top to try and gain some sort of foothold higher up the pitch.

We've been too defensive against the other top six sides away from home, and to an extent at home.

We also seem to me to have been more defensive in the EL.

We had a better balance before Christmas, but there's no doubt in my mind that the number of games we've played has taken its toll on the squad to a not insignificant extent, and this may have led to Jose deploying more energy-conserving tactics in games, limiting the press and playing more distance, pressure-relieving passes.

We'd have seen a different approach in some league fixtures if we'd have been out of the league cup and EL by the new year, no doubt.
