Aren't Bayern in for him too?

Who did he tell this to?

I really can't decide whether I want him at United or not

Personally if Aubameyang is available I'd much rather us go for him at what would most probably be a similar or cheaper price

Some Belgian journalist.

Yes, I see him at Chelsea.

I'd take him at United, to be honest. He's got time to develop further and is already a proven PL goalscorer.

Bit worried his stocky build will see him go downhill at a younger age like Rooney.

I always forget Lukaku is only 24, great goal record for someone that age.

I'd say he's more fackin shredded than stocky like Rooney.

Top striker, I'd welcome him with open arms.

Probably Chelsea

Hopefully United as not only do I think he'd plunder all the goals for us but he's young enough to be a superb signing for Chelsea for years to come

Why do you think probably Chelsea Robb?

If we're not getting Griezmann and don't get Lukaku, who do you think it will be?

I thought this was one of your bankers of a signing.

If he does make the return to Chelsea who do you see United signing?

I still think Morata will be a united striker come next season, which I know won't excite a lot of utd fans but I think he will be a signing that will really suit you, much like the perisic one.

Nah, never had him down as a banker for us sadly

Agree about Morata, he'd be really good for us.

I can't see him going to United due to the way Mourinho trreated him previously - I also think Jose would prefer alternatives.

I can't see Bayern pay that kind of cash for what would essentially be a back-up to Lewandowski. Plus that leak sniffs of an agent trying to boost his bargaining position.

I can see him replacing Costa at Chelsea.

posted on 6/6/17

He is a good striker but he lacks that technical ability to propel a team to the end stages of a CL

posted on 6/6/17

Great bit of business by Chelsea if they get him.

Lukaku could be great with the right strike partner - like Yorke/Cole were. Silly money tho, but isn't it all.

Hmmmm. Do i want us to sign a 24 year old premier league proven striker who bags tons of goals?

Tough one.

I can’t work out if I am warming to the idea of Lukaku coming back to Chelsea, or if it is more to do with almost accepting he’s probably coming back.

Every reservation I’ve had about him still exists.

Before you point out his goal record. I get that. But I don’t always think a prolific striker suits the club he may be going to play for. I’ve always had my doubts about his ability to influence the big games.

Wasn't the question.

The question was, Where do you think he'll end up? Chelsea or united

Reckon it us from his comments. Wants CL footy.

Won't be Spurs, they play 1 up top and have Kane.

Won't be Liverpool due to the Everton connection.

Could be Chelsea, but they have Costa who seems like he only wants Athleti who now have a transfer ban and are keeping Greizman. Although Costa could go to China so Chelsea not 100% out the equation.

The most likely is us unfortunately it seems. I reckon Raiola could well have our pants down on this one. Again.

Sorry dude, I wasnt responding too you. But o answer your question, I don't know.

We need a CF and Lukaku is big pals with Pogba I understand, but Jose has previously flogged him. Add to that the fact that Costa is rumoured to be off and you can make a reasonable argument he is favourite to go to Chelsea.
