The image rights might be licensed as part of a deal, but the extent to which they can be used is dependent on how any individual deal, hasn't got anything to do with the transfer fee.
And Perez's is role as president isn't an FD. Much more about maintaining the prestige of the club.

Off course it does. Its the central core. This entire model started with David Beckham. The transfer fee is far lower when image rights are already owned by third party companies. How do you think Real Madrid can afford those fees. Why would you pay those fees for anyone if you can't recover it? Perez is so proud of the model and often boasts Real Madrid recovered £30m in shirt sales alone when they bought C. Ronaldo. Real Madrid license every bit of C.Ronaldo's image.

Ronalo's image rights are owned by Peter Kim's company. And individual shirt sales have a negligible impact on club revenues, the vast majority goes to the kit producer. Granted it undoubtedly helped them a better kit deal.

50% of C.Ronaldo's rights were transferred to Madrid on his transfer from Man Utd. This article gives a very good explanation of the Galactico model that Perez was referring to in his recent quotes about Mbappe.

There are two type of image rights. Ones related to footballing activity and obviously the rights that are not. The rights that Lim bought for a lot of money from C.Ronaldo in 2015 obviously take that into account.
As the OP says, its very easy for somebody to look good by watching YouTube videos which show their best highlights. Whilst is shows their greater qualities, it doesn't show in game situations obviously which will play a big factor in how well Lacazette performs at Arsenal. But he is quick, he's a good finisher and his movement in and around the box is also very good.
