Looks like he wants more aid so they don't have to leave their country and possibly loved ones behind.
You know, the kind of solution that makes more humanitarian sense in the long run.

At the end of the day, we voted for foreigners to LEAVE. What are they still doing here? Charity begins at home. I don't give to charity.

So why not say let's make Africa safer rather than let's stop Africans coming to Europe ?

Should have been done 30+ years ago. Providing the 'aid' we have done since then has been the equivalent of keeping a bucket under a leaking roof, and just emptying it when it was needed, rather than fixing the roof.

Because both are a relevant issue to making their lives better. And from what I read, he doesn't say it in the way you like to make out. Neither does anybody else on this article, apart from you.
If you are in the minority of one, you have to question if you are right. I know I would.
