They were better with Mkhi, Gundogan and Hummels were still there as well.

Carlo started the match with a totally foreign and risky tactical system. You can't expect the players to adapt to a 180° different system than the one they were used to in a span of 5 days!

You just cannot risk experimenting new stuff in a game like this, truly unacceptable.

Wouldn't make any sense to think he was trying to throw Chelsea off the trail, because they 110% know how we play.

Just all-round odd.

Do you think Madrid are just lost without Benzema? I know it’s not an excuse to ship four, but he just seems to raise the level of those around him - and it’s probably comforting knowing what he can do to bring Madrid back into/put them ahead in games.

first half, believe this or not, when barca had the ball kroos and modric were the 2 madrid players that were highest up the pitch "trying" to press !

start of the 2nd half, he plays 3 at the back
you could see barca were gonna raape us immediately

after another 2 goals, he the drops casemiro into defence to make it a back 4

never seen a madrid side so messed up by tactical errors

obviously he's our most important player, but why the fack did Carlo change the set up of the whole team...not just the front line, because Benzo wasn't there
