I don't get what that video supposedly proves.
Russia invaded and annexed Crimea. Then armed ethnic Russian separatists in the Donbas, and supported their armed revolt. The Ukrainian army or paramilitary fighting the rebels contain far-right elements like pretty much every armed forces the world over. You need only look at the number of members of the security forces involved in the storming of the Capitol to see that much.
So how does that lend any kind of credence whatsoever to Putin's/Russia's claims?
I spent a while the other day reading about the history of the Donbas and how its ethnic and demographic make-up was radically transformed by the industrial revolution first, and then further still by Stalin's Russification program, his purges and the Holodomor.
And despite that, at the last census (2001), the ethnic Ukrainians were still the majority population in the region. They have every right to claim that land as their own and to resist Russia's imperialist expansion.
The ethnic Russians there have legitimate grievances, as do the Ukrainians, but I honestly haven't found any justification (if indeed there can be any) for the Russian invasion.
Peks is such a dumb rube.

It’s actually nowhere near as messy as you think. In this context the Russians (Putin, not his people) are the ‘bad guys’ here. Ukraine is the innocent victim of an illegal and savage invasion. There is no other way to frame it even with your lies about a large part of Ukraine controlled by naaazis.

I have. The Ukrainian parliament has a huge 2% of their government represented by far right groups. Much less than many nations in Europe. The Azov battalion has tens, not hundreds of naaazis in it. The thing you posted was an account belonging to a pro Russian propagandist.

Find me any proof at all that the Ukraine army is made up of a large number of naaazis
peks, where's the evidence for that influence, because that video you posted is nothing other than Zelenskyy arguing with an Azov combatant and there's nothing whatsoever in it to suggest that it's them who are 'running the show'? Also, it's posted by a self-identified 'Russian-Australian' who going by a quick glance at his twitter page seems to have some very confused political views.
Besides which, Putin's every bit as much of a fascist as the people he claims to be trying to weed out of Ukraine.
I can fully believe the Azov Batallion may have perpetrated war crimes against ethnic Russians in the Donbas, but the group itself was only formed in 2014 as a result of the Russian intervention in the area, so it cannot by any means be understood to be a trigger cause for Russia's response, because Putin's ambition to control the area pre-dates their establishment.
(As an aside, according to the references I've found the Azov Batallion numbers in the low thousands - some 2,500. The Russian mercenary army Wagner Group, whose name is a reference to the composer admired by Hitler/the Natsis, is of a similar size, and according to reports at some points was expanded up to around 6000 fighters.)
I agree that the conflict is a complex one, but imo that's mostly in terms of the ethnic make-up of some of the border regions - and in turn, that ethnic make-up has come about largely as a result of Russian imperialism and the ethnic cleansing perpetrated in bygone times, as was the case with the Tatars in Crimea.
Back in the '90s, there was a consultive referendum in Donbas asking a series of questions related to regional autonomy and the recognition of Russian as a co-official language, all of which were widely supported in the region - but the Ukrainian government failed to act upon them. I can understand that there would be grievances related to that, but nothing that justifies any kind of invasion on Putin's part.
