Another Napoli legend falls
Fabregas assist for schurrle Vs Burnley was exceptional
In fairness, he did hit him quite hard and caught him full on the jaw. Simeone looked fairly dazed.
There's footage of Simeone treading on Romário earlier in the game, but Rom himself later said that Simeone had insulted his mum and said he had the blood of a cockroach. "He's Argentinian, they're all the same," he added.
Simeone said he didn't like people who don't do their talking on the pitch and "go crying to the cameras" "You'd have to ask Rómario if he wasn't just annoyed and took it out on me because he'd been benched."
That game was fresh off the back of a 5-0 clásico drubbing with the Rómario hat-trick that included one of his most famous goals, the 'cola de vaca' dribble on Alkorta.
Cruyff, who was never one to pander to his stars, had decided it might get to his head, so he unceremoniously benched him for the next game.
Just realised I used "grate" in a work email this morning. By jove.

Same but that’s because I’d find it a little creepy to have him hanging around my office for no reason
Atlanta behind against RB Leipzig
They are missing the best CB in the world
Tielemans with a terrible error leading to PSV's opener. Advantage to the Dutch side.
His head is clearly on a move away. Hasn't performed well for months.
Any takers?
He isn't that good tbf. Does well going forward, severely lacking defensively.
If you can get him cheap, why not?
I think he’s better defensively than he’s been the whole 21/22 season

Also missing the worst goalie in the world but seems a nice guy off the field (Gollini)
Romero’s the Argentine Phil Jones.

Is he? I've not watched him play much but Spurs fans talk about him being a Rolls Royce of a defender and some have gone as far as saying he's one of the best CBs in the league.
I'll judge Romero when he plays in a back 4.
‘Spurs fans’ there’s your problem. Tbf United fans used to say similar about a young Phil Jones. They have a lot of similarities to me, injuries obviously not one of them.
