£35m bid tabled for CHO now from Bayern and Chelsea have accepted it.

Kid must be seriously good to get a bid that size tables for him

It’s ridiculous for a player that has played 11 games and yet to start in the premier league.

Have they actually accepted it? Chelsea fans will be apoplectic.

Looking like it, that was their asking price and Bayern matched it. CHO wants to leave too. Have you seen much of him?

Dembele leaving Spurs for China, £9m figure. Not bad for a crock who’s got six months left on his deal

I’ve seen a bit. Looks talented, bit similar to a young Zaha but not as rapey. Bayern must rate him really highly to pay that sort of money for him - he’d be like their second or third highest transfer.

Don’t think you can accurately judge a player’s end product at youth level, though.

How Madrid haven't bid €60M for someone with that level of experience I simply do not understand.

Maybe if his name was Calluminho Hudsoninho-Odoiinho...

You’ve got so many wide options, to be fair. Which is why I fully expect you to sign Salah and Hazard this summer.

Jody Morris was pretty scathing about Chelsea last week.

It must be soul-destroying for their fans who care about their youth and their roots, especially given how dominant their youth sides have been over the years.

I know I'd feel that way if things were the same at United.

Yeah I read the quote. I don’t think you can really blame the coaches that much anymore. The club obviously don’t care.

Post Messi Barca is going to be a fascinating watch. I wonder when it will be. He’s 32 soon but still amazing.

I see Emery is still the same safe, pragmatic turn wins into draws and defeats manager

Wummy

I forgot how much you dislike Emery.

Darren

Supporting his teams is just an uninspiring experience

Pfffft, 90% of us on this thread have had to endure Mourinho. Think yourself lucky.

Emery’s alright, don’t think he’ll take you back up into the upper echelons of the prem, though. Not unless your scouting is incredible and you put together an unreal team like Dortmund did.

at least before we could say "at least we're not Utd"

Emery is kinda fitting for the management if you think about it. Safe, unambitious and not proactive. I was laughing my backside off when he was speaking about making the club a protagonist in matches; always being on the front foot and looking to create things. Yeah right
