Yes, Tommo's right. It's disgusting that you lot are stirring up hate about about Brexit when it's clear that you do not believe in it and bitterly regret voting for it as the looming chasm...... well looms

When you've all quite finished bangin he world to rights, there is a match thread to get back to!
Fearing the dreaded league cup upset tonight, I think we will see significant changes, something of a last chance saloon for some of the fringe players, the likes of Anya, Blackman, Hanson, Bennett, Olsson etc... may get a run out and need to put a shift in if they do.
The early rounds can sometimes be used to give a few a run out, at the risk of the result. Unless your McClaren who just decides to balls it up in the later rounds.
Anyway that's my thoughts..... carry on with your politics 😉
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's all your fault for invading Iraq.
I want :-
1. A new leader who will simply cancel Brexit.
2. Grimsby 0 Derby 4
3. Derby 5 Wolves 1
and so on, and so on.......
We need someone with ducks feet tonight. It's been raining all day. Wouldn't be surprised if the match is called off.

In your dreams view. Despite all of the weight of the establishment, banks and big business trying to intimidate us the British public just would not do as they were told. If anything many of those who voted remain I'd say weren't at all enthusiastic about the EU but being unsure defaulted to the status quo as regularly happens at any election.
Chris, The UK is owned by the banks, far more so than any other EU country and it will only get worse as we Brexit. They hold massive control over us, from Student loans, massive mortgages and bank to the mum and dad.
It's cradle to grave.

True about many remain voters not being enthusiasts for Europe but most sensible people don't dive in to swimming pool without knowing how deep it is. Personally I voted remain because anything the Mail, Express and Sun support can't be of benefit to the working Brit.

But Chris, you have still not outlined a valid, concrete reason for leaving. Oh,yes, I remember now, £350m a week to the NHS and controls on immigration. For flips sake , its all so clear now 👍
Another match thread that I won't be contributing much to as I've got to leave Inverness for Stromeferry at 19:30. Mind you if you lot are banging on about politics on a FOOTBALL thread then it will probably be dull in any case.............................
The politics will be dull but the spectacle of Grimsby v Derby will be a sight to behold.
We can change it Jorv !
Just need some exciting attacking football from the Rams to turn the tide of Brexit
That's the spirit Ang, 2W and Jorvik.
Fed up of people trying to hijack the match thread <get>
On the other hand, I must say I'm looking forward to us going back to catching some proper British fish, like cod & haddock, instead of those hideous European varieties
Did you know that the fishermen of Stromeferry rioted to prevent fish being loaded on a train on the sabbath. Unintersting fact no 391.
Commercial fishing is unsustainable both environmentally and economically, has an enormous carbon footprint and relies on huge subsidies.
Only form of commercial fishing that is sustainable is mussels. We at present go through a series of fish extinctions then move on to the next species. Hence we have those hideous European varieties.
I've had a look and it was 666 what started it by dropping a bit of bait and hooked Ramdini. This was followed by Comrade Spart followed closely by one of the more sensible posters VC10. Then everyone got reeled in.
It makes a change from will he play Butters or #CB4 and now we find GR is looking to bring in Che Adams, who I often get mixed up with Ched Evans, for a lot of money. We could have got him for very little a few years ago from Ilkeston.
Ang you can't beat a nice Dover Sole.
I was chatting to a chef or a sea food restaurant and talking about a near- by place, he said that their soles are better than our soles.
Would you want a player called Che though VC10?
