The group of players have been with each other solid for over a month in preseason training. Do you not think that after the sale of walker the group talk to each other and maybe he's not on his own?
Maybe he's just the mouth piece of a larger group.

And I can relate to how Spurtle feels!
When we had Suarez, Sterling we were 2 points off the league and then the best player wants out and it sets you back.
rose is nowhere near our best player though..... hes not even essential. hes been injured for 6months and it didn't affect us one little bit. if anything we were better in the second half of the season

Lose Rose then we've lost 2 first team players, both 2 of the best full backs in the league. And would we even have the time to replace him given the short amount of time left and our general lack of urgency?
Then the repercussions of it. Seems like it could be the beginning of the end of this great side we've been used to.

Rose has done well with that interview, it would have definitely ticked off Poch and now he'll be looking to ship him off.

No chance. He'll be trying to keep the grin off his face. Pochettino has never won a trophy as a Manager, he will know he needs more, and Levy won't give him it; Danny Rose has just said what he can't.
It's yet another reason why it's unacceptable to leave things so late. If you look to sign players early on it shows a level of ambition. He might have had a change of heart had he seen we were being productive.

Maybe he's just using that as an excuse to be a tight arse.
Like I put we are currently £80m up on just player sales so without even needing to dip into the Tv money, CL money or even levy wallet we could show some ambition and get a couple much needed players.
