Despite signing long term Alexis is very different.

The sooner you admit it's yours and aevery other Arsenal fans fault the sooner you will be a good team and club again.

A good start would be to stop complaining every second of every day, support your manager and be happy your board signed some quality in Lacazette.

The contract situation started becoming clear as soon as we went for about 6 months without renewing any major contracts after Bellerin's extension in July 2016. We had some year-long extensions from a couple of the older players in December, but nothing long term. The second half of the season was also relatively quiet.

It would be easy to focus on the players whose contracts run out this season, but we also have quite a few running out next season with no negotiations to speak of at the moment.

The fans have been complaining about this for the past 12 months. It looks like a mass protest from the players.

The club have clearly offered new contracts to all thwe required players, but players are not keen to sign cause of the fans.

It defo impacts the players Robbing, players say they don't read or watch media but we all know the Arsenal squad watch Arsenal Fan TV.

How would anyone feel if they saw that, fans ranting and raving about everyuthing constantly, would certainly impact on performance.

Like there was a video of a Liverpool fan at the start of last season saying we'd win a treble on redmen TV, he might be a bit deluded or whatever but you can't tell me when our lads saw that they weren't motivated and it helped them as a team get 4th place.

The fighting is pathetic for sure, but it is a reaction ot the problem. If you are not an Arsenal fan, all you see are snips here and there. We are the ones who sit through dross being played week in and week out, players not putting in any effort....but no consequences. Same player will be starting next week. No offence to the Swanseas and West Broms of this world, but we should not be getting turned over as REGULARLY by them as we do!

A manager who cannot motivate, who does not look at the opponents to try negate their strengths, who plays the most strange lineups anyone has seen...how can we as supporters not be as livid and demand more.

We dont have any RIGHT to win anything, but we have the right to see an effort on the field and activity from management to give us the BEST chances to win games. I doubt any other team in the league looks so clueless in some games as often as we do. They may lose due to lack of quality players, but they have a plan when they step onto the pitch and try execute it. We look directionless!

Case in point mate, see we're here trying to offer some insight into why Liverpool as a club is a much better place than Arsenal despite their being 1 point between us last season and you won the FA cup.

But despite another major trophy being landed, signing a top European striker and getting your most successful manager ever to resign for 2 years you and the rest of the fanbase are just going mad critcising every detail of the club.

I don't wum mate just bring wisdom and always happy to share it.

Your fans were all saying "play a back 5" last season, then Wenger does it and it works, the moment it looks slightly shakey you're all back screaming at him saying he sets up wrong etc.

It's almost like training a dog, if you flip around during the training you'll confuse the dog, you need to be consistent in the training for it to work.

Problem is the only real consistency for Arsenal is the fans complaining about everything, well that and 20 years of CL by your excellent manager.

But are those comments not true? Bellerin has been terrible for a few months, Ramsey after his purple patch in 2014 has been poor. Wenger - look at just the first 3 games and tell me how confident you are in his ability to select team and motivate them. Then multiple that over 6 years and understand how fans can be so disheartened and frustrated by the crap at the club.

He can' be fully honest though or he would anger an already angry base who do see him as a great, he would't tarnish that legacy by being honest and asking the fans to not be so critical of everything
