Nani got sent off for less against Madrid to be fair. You just can't do that anymore.
Haha all the mousers on their match thread calling it a disgraceful decision. Dude kung fu kicked the keeper into next week. Guy looks fecked. Some of them even happy that he's injured. Disgraceful set of fans.
His foot was six foot in the air!
Henry saying if that happened it midfield it wouldn't be red? Do they listen to themselves, studs in the face at force, but yeah it's ok because the ball is there to be won
Got banned from their match thread ffs
Neville talking crap. It was reckless and it was dangerous. Red all day.
It is unfortunate as Mane was going for the ball but he was late and he kicked Edison in the head.
Whether or not it was a justified red, the decision has ruined what was a great game that was only going to get better as the game went on.
I'd be livid if I was a neutral who paid money to watch this game only for a red card to ruin it after just 30 odd minutes
It was dangerous but accidental. The more i see it the worse it looks to be fair.
It's amazing that an commentators judgement will completely change a viewers mind. The pool fans are going crazy.

De Bruyne's passing/crossing is out of this world.
What the hell did they feed him during his two year stint in Germany?!
Red all day. Reckless and very high.
"His eyes were on the ball"
It is staggering these guys get paid!
I thought the red was harsh, taking into account Mane clearly didn't mean any harm, had every right to go for the bal and how it would completely ruin the game (unfairly to Liverpool IMO) the ref could have easily given a yellow and no one would have complained much.
But refs seems to not be allowed to use common sense these days.
Thought it was harsh in real time but having seen it again it is a red.
It's one of the very definition of a red card, I cannot understand how anyone can argue it.
Gary must of bumped his head... whats he on about?!?
If a player does that to another player in the middle of the pitch it's a red.
Why is it different for keepers?
If Mane was half a second faster and nicked the ball past Ederson who clattered him, it would've been a red for Ederson
Yet Mane was half a second late, and despite getting the ball first, clatters into Ederson and gets a red.
I guess at the top level, the margins are super super thin. That's life.
