Battlefield 1. Got stuck into the multiplayer and never got back to the story.
Bioshock. Good game, good story, but it just got a bit too repetitive.
Not PS4 related but as a kid i spent 300+ of hours trying to get to the next level of this game Turns out there wasnt one

It took me 6 years and 4/5 separate attempts to complete FF13 in the end...
I have so many I've started that I never finished
87, showing your age there!
I think they key is a either amazing and varied gameplay or a story that sucks you right in. I'd love a job coming up with stortylines behind games. It's movie like, without the limitations to an extend.
I'll put no mans land on this list too. Fun for a while, then very dull.

Doom 2, I was stuck on level 28ish for 80+ of hours, I got so annoyed I just started shooting things, everything, and it opened up a secret wall and a hidden level which allowed me to progress and complete the game

PLenty of games I could never finish on the Atari, but one called Riddle of the Sphinx stuck in my mind. Just checked and it was from 1982. My neighbours had brought it over from the States but lost the instructions. We spent weeks trying to figure out what the fack to do at each step. Had to give up eventually.

Haven't finished Witcher 3. Too long and my interest in it waned and I just ended up wanting to play other games. Will probably finish it eventually
Witcher 3 bored me after about 3 hours

I was bored to tears by Bioshock Infinite. Everyone kept saying how good it was, I got about three hours in and didn't enjoy any of them!
To many to mention.
Kill Zone on ps4 the AI is ridiculously hard .
Mike Tyson's super Punch out. Only one shot at Tyson who was super difficult. If you lost when you finally got to him you had to climb through the ranks all over again to have another crack at him.

Feck that. It's one of the toughest ever.
Super ghouls and ghosts...need I say more?
Far cry 3
Got well into it then just stopped playing it because i bought another game
Fallout 3. Got quite far then couldn't be ersed.
Need to mention Dying Light too. Really good game actually.
it just fecked me off because you couldn't use your better weapons as they made too much noise.
I honestly did aswell, the weapons thing just really annoyed me.
did watch a playthrough on youtube though,
ending was seriously disappointing. kinda glad i didn't stick with it
Mmm the ending was slightly meh but i really enjoyed it overall - had to be played on hard mode though to really enjoy the zombie experience.
The day night aspect was great and terrifying and the graphics were superb.
One of the best games ive played in a long time
