Pakistan were cruising in that match though 100-0 at one stage then somehow just collapsed and made it difficult, if it wasn't for sloppy batting would have put that game to bed ages without needed that 70 run 8th wicket partnership.

To be frank, Pak favs now! Lanka f**ked up. Now anything is possible but if Pak play just sensibly and don’t have their heads clogged up in toilets then it will be piece of cake since only 119 runs needed..

I meant Lanka messed up big time in their second innings..

Fact taker we all know that Sri Lanka are still in with a bright chance of winning this match as Pakistani batsmen have the habit of throwing their wickets away like they did in 2nd innings of 1st test between Pakistan and Sri Lanka and in 1st innings of the current test match.

I know Zahral bhaijaan.. But what a shame to have only 2 test series. They should have at-least 3 matches! Also I love test matches due to such twist n turns ahhhhhh..

Yes I actually enjoy test matches more than T20s and I prefer traditional orthodox cricket or simply that I like old school cricket.

It could still be a tense finish, an early wicket to break the partnership will put the pressure right back on Pakistan.

Whatever happens now, it'll end up being 2 close contests which is what we want to see more of in test cricket. It's surely what will make the boards that organise more test matches. A close fought 1-1 will leave the rest of us feeling pretty unsatisfied that we won't see a chance for either side to win the series.

Didn't realise Sri Lanka were so close to you in the rankings, still a pretty big shock albeit they've had a bit more time settling down following the retirement of two legends in their middle order.

I think that Pakistan were poor in the two test series but we lost because of poor shot selection and throwing wickets away especially in 2nd inninings of 1st test and then in 1st inninings of 2nd test.

Kash you cannot blame Shafiq for the batting collapse today.Sarfaraz has thrown his wicket away after working hard in 2nd innings of both test matches.

Zahra you are right it is harsh to have a go at Shafiq as he saved us from embarrassment. A player like YK would have made sure we won that game and he's not that class.

Arthur has already said that the team needs changes. New openers for sure and bring Fawad back and play Salluadin.

Also not playing 2nd spinner cost us dearly.

Younis Khan was full of class.Also we should have included Fakhar Zaman in test team or brought back Umar Amin who has been performing well in domestic cricket in Pakistan.

Pakistan the mind blowing team

First I had doubt but I’m sure now that the CT win against India was one lucky fluke..

After scrapping to draw in England; thanks to dry tracks by them.. Since then, they lost 0-2 in NZ, 0-3 in aus, 0-2 against SL in UAE. If not for that stupid shot from Shannon Gabriel, they would've drawn 1-1 in WI. Not to mention they lost 2 tests to WI this year.

Remember fact taker that Pakistan is still better than New Zealand,South Africa and England as they have won 1 T20 world cup,1 ODI world cup and 1 Champions Trophy which is better than these so called better teams.So it doesn't matter.I know I would rather see my country win big tournaments unlike chokers like South Africa,England or New Zealand!We are just behind West Indies,India and Australia in terms of major honours.
