we seem to be playing so deep that when we get the ball the only option is a long ball to vardy

Please tell me why the phrase i have most this season is and Leicester keep giving the ball away???

To be fair, we kept hearing that when we won the league as well.

That said, if we want our style to change then we need to hear a lot less of that.

Stringer: "What would you like Craig Shakespeare to be contemplating during the international break?"

All of Foxestalk as one: "Resignation."

Questions will be asked of Shakespeare after this. He needs to answer them and fast.

3-5-2 please.

Well, that was tripe. But at least it's a point.

A point is a point I suppose. But that standard of play was frankly embarrassing for a Premier League team.

scraped a point playing sh!te for most of the match, better than losing after playing well.

Onwards and Upwards!

Absolutely appalling performance. We need to do something different next time as what we are doing now is clearly not working.

Text my mum who's at the game to say it sounded awful. She said awful was the biggest understatement of the year.

Come on Shakespeare, sort it out!

thank you bournemouth for not playing a striker

Terrible performance. Against a better, more prolific side, we would have lost that one 3-0, 4-0. If anything, the standard of performances are getting worse, not better. I'm afraid my worries about Shakespeare are also getting worse, and I would be shocked if alarm bells aren't ringing at KP HQ.

The good news is at least we don't have to put up with this tripe next weekend...

Haha, don't we get these comments every time we play away to Bournemouth?

Drew away when we won the League
Lost last season

I think the 4-4-2, soak up pressure, quick release, press press game needs to be evolved. We've lost Kante who did much of the running and driving from midfield and Drinkwater whose slide rule passes were essential.

We've got 2 weeks now to work on something different. We clearly need more ball retention in midfield and better passing to give us more options. We're just completely devoid of ideas and ability to create them at the moment.

Personally I would favour 3 at the back as it allows you to keep the industry of Albrighton in the team and Fuchs who is our other best crosser of the ball. I would have Iborra and Ndidi sitting and then we have options of 3 players from Mahrez, Vardy, Ian, Gray, Slimani and Okazaki without them looking totally isolated. We're also not entirely reliant on Shinji who, despite his effectiveness, remains a very limited player.

Oh and pray we get Silva's transfer rubber stamped!

You're being rather kind Foxello - that game could easily have ended up 7 or 8 - 1 (Shinji should've scored).

I think West Brom will be the first game where if we drop points, alarm bells will ring. Performances aside (which I don't think are getting worse, they are back and forth and in between), we've played 1 game at home we should definitely be winning and won and 2 away where we should be looking to get at least a draw and drew. But that puts immense pressure on getting those 'expected' wins and draws. Not only will 4 points from the next two now be a minimum expectation, I think we've played enough games now where these need to be backed up by comprehensive performances

I thought Iborra was a positive, looks calm and collected but solid in there, when he did make a mistake and gave it away which everyone did due the Bournemouth pressure he at least got back and made up for it.

Look forward to his game time increasing.

One thing I will say in defence of Shakespeare; he's been badly let down by those behind the scenes over the Silva fiasco. Losing Drinkwater on deadline day and then making a complete balls-up of bringing in his replacement makes us look like a League Two club, not a former Premier League winning one. It's not all Shakespeare's fault and others within the club have to take responsibility too.

You're right Foxello, there are far too many fans who seem to want Shakey to fail, shame they're wasting their breath.
