He's done well at Burnley but I suspect that could be his level.
It's a tough one to call, can Dyche make the step up or is his level that of the Moyes', Klopp's and co?

Sean Dyche future Liverpool Manager!!!

Good manager is Sean Dyche.
Why assume that he'll be a failure based on 2 other failed English managers at big clubs? They all have different personalities. Redknapp did alright at Spurs.
He's right.
If British managers can't get a look in at the top jobs even when doing brilliantly at a smaller club then what future have they got?
Dyche is working wonders.
Pulis/Moyes comparison is nonsense as those managers have abysmal records against the top sides.
In recent times whenever any big team has taken a punt on a Brit manager it's been a disaster. Look at Woy, Moyes and to a lesser extent Hughes. People like Dyche and Howe could be different but I doubt they would get the chance.
Maybe the FA should entertain the idea...when Southgate makes a pigs ear of Russia 18
and he will
I thought Moyes was the right manager for Manu, just a pity the glory hunting fans didn't have patience with the guy

And no one will ever find out unless they are given a chance.
Not many of the foreign managers who are given a chance in the PL will succeed either.
Nah Moyes was garbage.
His record against good teams should have set alarm bells at Utd.
Dyche is different though.
He's showing he is learning and is getting results against very good teams regularly. If he can do that at Burnley, he can certainly do that with a better team.

I made a note of this very thing when he was appointed. His record in the derbies was abysmal. He was never the man for us.

Dyche seems a likeable guy as well. Like someone you can imagine getting a good team spirit going based on his personality.
It's still a different animal managing a bigger team though with the pressures that come with it. At Burnley there's not as much expected of you, likewise from the opposition. He'd have to get the transition right.
dyche couldn't even get by leeds b team in the cup.
don't think think he could do anything against smaller teams that park the bus.

And this is where Moyes failed spectacularly.
I think the next step up for Dyche shouldn't be a big club, but someone like Everton.
Southampton or Leicester maybe
"Deserves" is a strange word. He has finished 19th (relegated) and 16th in his two Premier League seasons.
Obviously Burnley are not a rich club, comparatively, but clubs of a similar size have been able to come up and achieve more.
At the moment he can be classed as a great Championship manager.
Like VC says, he needs a step up but not to the top 6 clubs. Someone like Southampton, Everton or West Ham I guess.
His style of play, plus the familiarity he has with the squad at Burnley are two obstacles he would have to overcome.
Him, Hughton, Howe have all proved themselves to a certain extent but they need to move up a level and prove themselves again.
