It amuses me that an opposition supporter has to make an article belittling another teams attendance. Especially when the attendance was over 80,000, the biggest in the country this season.

You'll learn soon enough that joy travelling to and from Wembley 3 times a week is a massive issue, esp. when game 3 is Vs no-one in the league cup. This is modern football. The die hard who go to every game are much less at every club....witnessed by CFC returning 1000 tickets for a CL glamour tie. There is so much football now. It's so expensive and its on TV all the time, also at great expense.

Charity Shield? So not a home game for Chelsea then, you probably had about 35k tickets allocated.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, more than you sold for Barnsley.

23k; 5k Barnsley.

Would it be fair to say that Spurs are the best team in London and have the biggest attendences?

Looks that way doesn't it.

Hold on, going by attendences this season isn't it:

- Tottenham
- Arsenal
- West Ham

- Chelsea

Can’t really argue with these facts here, only palace are below Chelsea in terms of attendance in London. Tragic.

That match was before the season started. I said this season. The Charity Shield is a curtain raiser to the actual season.

Fair enough, but Barnsley tickets were cheap £5, £10, £15. We sold out 42k v Forest at £25.

You have the cheapest Prem seats in London: £20/£8 for Cat C and still don't sell out. Cheaper than Charlton or QPR

Your Cat A games are relatively reasonably priced £35-£75 outside Club Wembley.

I was just being silly, but thanks for the bite.

What happened to your prediction you would break City's 84,569 league record attendance multiple times.

You haven't got close yet

They would have to pay me to travel to Wembley on Wednesday night for a game against Barnsley.

Not worth the hassle one bit. You’ll find it’ll be similar v West Ham this week

United fans travel from all over to see their club every week.

At £5/£10 a ticket I would happily travel to Wembley. I could walk to Neasden get an Uber home to Hammersmith with the cash I save on a ticket at the Bridge

United are the biggest club in England and not far off the world too so have fans in every corner of the country.

We hold the highest ever attendance V Bayern Leverkusen & higest premier league attendance too.

Madrid is likely to break both records ( assuming segregation isn’t bigger )

One thing is certain is we’ll have no probs filling the new stadium
