I just assumed the phlegm was normal, but it's a sign of having a chest infection and or pneumonia at the same time.
This bout did seem a lot worse than the first time round, which considering my triple jab didn't seem right.

land and countries are just a free for all ?
anyone can go anywhere and tap into the resources that country has to offer ?
and what about the people who have lived on that land for centuries/millennia and their descendants?
they should willingly disenfranchise themselves?
there's nothing racist about that

racism will always exist, as will sexism, ageism, etc....the "us" and "them" mentality is hardwired in humans from millions of years living in small tribes
britain is probably the least racist country you can imagine though. so much has been done to further racial equality, in some ways it's actually to the detriment of the indigneous white anglo population, who are the majority ofcourse in britain
i don't think anyone can complain too much about racism in britain these days to be honest

Did you guys know coughing up green phlegm isn't a symptom of covid? I didn't.. been doing it for 5 days, might explain why it's hit me disproportionately hard.

It's a sign that you have a chest infection, apparently not a regular occurrence but some are unlucky enough to suffer with covid and a chest infection at the same time!
I just assumed the phlegm was normal, but it's a sign of having a chest infection and or pneumonia at the same time.
This bout did seem a lot worse than the first time round, which considering my triple jab didn't seem right.

Yep, reassuring actually, was beginning to doubt the scientific veracity of my covid vaccines, makes sense theres another illness too
