Deputy chairman of the Conservative party and all round numpty Lee Anderson has said to ASYLUM SEEKERS “f*** off back to France”.
Justice Secretary Alex Chalk insisted the Conservative party’s Deputy Chairman had said “nothing unreasonable”.

What do conservative party voters think?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The only thing new here is that he used the f-word.

Take “fack off” out, swap it for “return”, and the statement is exactly the same as we’ve seen expressed by Anderson and other Tory MPs repeatedly for a long, long time.

Anderson has been defended by Lee Chalk, because all he’s done is used “salty” language to express what is effectively the party’s position.

Chalk is right about one thing: we shouldn’t be any more or less offended by this than we should by any recent comment by Braverman, Drax, Leigh or Patel (amongst others) expressing exactly the same sentiment.

The comment isn’t the problem, the man isn’t the problem; it’s the policy.

Had any other Tory mp said this then Labour would be demanding an inquiry however with Anderson maybe they have sussed out that he's there to help out with the heavy lifting for Sunak (in terms of adverse press coverage) and are ignoring him.

Either way he knows he's gonna lose his seat at the next GE and is trying to sort himself out with shock jock work. That's why he's more than happy to be Sunaks useful idiot.

He's Deputy Chairman of the Conservative party, not some random MP.
Sunak and Chalk arw tarnished by his useful idiots behaviour because he's allowing it. Lay down with dogs and all that.

Yep he's there to deflect from bad press from the cabinet so Labour ignoring him will be a good strategy

New polling - given exclusively to Channel 4 News - shows a Labour landslide victory with around 460 seats and the Conservatives reduced to 90 seats - if there were an imminent general election.

Poll by @FindoutnowUK and @ElectCalculus.

If this doesn’t show the extent of damage inflicted on this country by these self serving cretins then I don’t know what will

The term ‘military age’ when it comes to refugees is such a naaazi-like red flag. I see it used more and more on Twitter by people who know exactly what they’re doing. I’m sure this is just the beginning how vitriolic the right wingers get.

Something tells me a lot of those who say that wouldn't immediately rush to sign up if WW3 broke out today.

Like those who advocate for national service to come back are often 50+ and never had to do it themselves.

I dont think that's the implication of the cranks using "military age", they use it to fearmonger that they'll be a 5th column working behind enemy lines when we go to war with the imaginary enemy.

Senior Conservatives - including a cabinet minister - say their party is likely to campaign to leave the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) at the next election, if Rwanda flights continue to be blocked.

Here we go again... The Good Friday agreement doesn't allow this yet they keep saying this every 6 months

This is just this weeks thing to rile to base up via the Mail, Express etc. Like Farage the other week, Huw Edwards, Gary Lineker etc etc. They know they’ll get battered as soon as they call an election so want to leave the place as toxic as they can for the next government.

There’s this video doing the rounds on social media in the conspiracy world with 10’s of thousands of views where this guy says he has been told of this plan by his friend in the British military. Basically the UK government are importing all these immigrants and the deal they sign on entry is that when climate lockdowns are enforced the immigrants are the army that keeps the British populace at home behind bars. This ‘source’ in the military said that loads of people are forming a counter army to fight this as it’s a huge WEF master plan designed to keep the globalist satanic agenda in place before 2030.

Guarantee you Matt Le Tissier buys into this too.

no grasp on reality, attention shaping identities
we've lost our capacities
to construct something tangible
obfuscate the past
implode it with the future into
an undifferentiated mass
it's never-ending
a type of never-ending
never-ending present, lost inside
we have all lost our way out long ago

the spectacle is not a cluster of images
rather it's a social relation
mediated by all those images:
images are all there is
quality of life is being impoverished
embrace the loss of knowledge
and critical thinking

‘Most people across the UK will feel relief at news that the cost of living crisis is set to come to an end.

But the chief economist of the Bank of England has warned that a return to cheaper food prices is ‘something we may not be seeing for a while yet, if in the future at all’.

Capital Economics reckon figures will show inflation fell from 7.9% to 6.5% between June and July, once they’re released next week.

Meanwhile, they’ve forecasted average earnings for the three months to June will increase from 6.9% to 7.4%, Sky News reports.

Capital economist Ashley Webb said: ‘With CPI inflation soon to fall below average earnings growth, the cost of living crisis appears to be coming to an end.’

https://metro.co.uk/2023/08/08/the-cost-of-living-crisis-is-ending-but-food-prices-may-never-fall-again-19300463/amp/

Who do they think they’re kidding? The cost of living crisis doesn’t end when wage rises meet inflation. It just stops getting even worse.

The cost of living crisis ends when wage rises outstrip inflation for a sustained period of time. Inflation has been outstripping wage rises for 18 months. For most of that period by upwards of 5%. Once that damage has been undone, we can talk about a legitimate end to the crisis. Until then, hundreds of thousands of families up and down the country will be continuing to struggle to feed their children.

All of which I suspect Mr Webb knows well. Otherwise he isn’t really in the right job.

Speaking of insane conspiracies, the latest one I've started to see do the rounds now is that drinking water is unnecessary, and some are even saying it's harmful towards you

I dread to think what the next one after that will be.
