But less interesting than the same mental gymnastics of Tory voters who would support their calls for sturgeon to resign but not for Boris and Priti
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you like Priti and think she's doing a good job then you won't want her to resign and if you don't like Sturgeon and think she's doing a bad job then you will want her to resign.
Its like when a player from the team you follow dives to win a penalty thats fine but if an opponent does it then its a disgrace.
Official figures show the UK has recorded 5,342 new COVID-19 cases and a further 17 deaths in the latest 24-hour period
surely with kids back in school for 2 weeks now and infections still low we aren't gonna be in another lockdown down the line?

Can you predict what he will do, hypothetically, that leads to a potential resignation matter?
I forsee a hack discovers his old dog fighting days in Dagenham, where he wore a Burberry baseball cap and called himself Starzer.

My concern is the seasonal element, it's not winter any more. My fear is September could be a panic period even with vaccines where there is huge pressure to socially distance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was about to say this. It’s late March now hence why we had such a drop in cases from May - September last year. This coming September/October is vital wrt to government action.
Which is also why I think it’s a disgrace that we’re only opening up properly come June 21st or whatever date it is. If there is even a chance of us locking down again come autumn/winter then we should be opened up as early as possible which is now imo. The numbers have dropped massively and the vaccinated numbers have increased massively.
We could end up only have two-three months out of the entire year without restrictions.

A function of the sensitivity of the information, aligned with the court ruling from Lady Dorrian, and I believe also consistent with the accompanying note from Mr Hamilton.
Now some posters might wonder why I decided to return on precisely the same day an independent inquiry cleared sturgeon of breaking the ministerial code 😉
