Shocking, feel like this pandemic has been a brilliant thing for Tory MP’s
Not like Labour are any better either with the corrupt Liverpool mayor and that moron Khan running London
Lib Dems resurgence?
Pandemic has basically given them an excuse to fit so much corruption in its insane. It’s currently disguised and being hidden as all anyone cares about is the vaccine and they’re likely trying to make vaccine passports the topic of discussion and the headlines as the pandemic draws to a close instead of their corruption being the main headline

FFS The Magdelene, Direct Provision, this, Ireland isn't looking overly caring

Religious fundamentalism and religions dictating to politicians is a danger to society.
Growing up, the Free P church and dup influence meant our parks were closed, swings chained up, and we could not play sport on Sunday, but we did as kids.

Good man highlighting this, Irish.
The Protestant church has similar skeletons on a smaller scale perhaps, and loyalist paramilitaries and have indulged in sexual abuse, violence against girls and women, child abuse and prostitution.
Kincora boys home in east Belfast was linked to abuse by unionists extremists abusing young boys and some Orange order members have been involved in abusing kids at halls etc.

In that instance, they said, the lesson was taken by another teacher to the one suspended by the school after threats and protests by angry Muslims.
During that lesson two pupils were warned beforehand that the content would include caricatures of the Prophet and they were given the opportunity to leave the classroom if they were likely to be offended.
Suggesting that blame should be aimed at the school and its Headteacher Gary Kibble and not the suspended RE teacher, the parent said: 'My daughter said she was saw image two years ago during her RE lesson.
'No one complained and students who might have been offended were given the chance to leave the room.'
Other parents rallied to the support teacher who has been the subject of demonstrations outside the school.
The parent of a year 9 student said the suspended teacher had their full support and hit out at 'extremists' forcing the school to close.
The man said his daughter told him a cartoon depicting the Prophet was shown to a year 9 class as part of a PowerPoint presentation.

Thanks for letting us know some context here, Oscar.
As I suspected and said, this is extremist Islamist inspired, rather than ordinary muslim parents.
Whatever God we follow as muslim, Protestant, Catholic, new or Sikh, it is a God of love and forgiveness, not a nasty priest abusing kids, or a Jihadi seeking revenge or a dup bigot, hating others faiths or gay people.
Down with this sort of thing, as the late Father Ted said.
On Sky just now, Labour's Dodds bottled the Batley issue by saying she knew nothing about it.
The fear and cowardice is spreading, as some bottle tanding up to religious fundamentalists, just as we saw in Eire and Ulster in the past.
