its quite obvious why the fight hasnt been signed. A couple of reasons. 1 Hearn wants Wilder to fight over here first so the casuals can see him against someone they recognise (Wilder KO's Whyte) as this massively increases the viewing numbers and therefore money. 2, I dont think Hearn and even to an extent AJ think he is fully ready for Wilder yet.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why is Hearn trying to call the shots? Wilder is a big name in the UK. He has already fought in the UK. Lets not forget the big money is still in the US.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Money and viewers thats why....Wilders biggest audience was. Lets talk money.... Wilders highest viewing figure is just over 2.9m viewers world wide. AJ's is over 15million against Klit. Ask everyone in your office who is Deontay Wilder and without lying tell me who knows who he is. Joshua has PROVEN he does bigger numbers hence why he is the A-Side.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
you could ask the same people in the office in the US if they have heard of AJ?
No one is denying that AJ is not a huge name. We have a tendency to overhype and overplay this.
From my point of view we have been here before. Fights not getting made over money. Happened far too often.
Looking a really average division. Joshua regarded as still learning at 28 and Wilder raw by design, apart from them absolutely nothing there at all.
The talk about it livening up after Klitschko has proved wrong as there isn't any depth at all.
Hearn virtually praying for Fury to lose about 30 kilos so he can make that fight. At the current rate Balloo would get a shot at someone.

you are more obsessed with Khan. Always bringing his name up. I think it's time to spill the beans. Was Khan banging ur ex GF behind your back

Wtf
Didn't realise that Wilder only weighed in at just over 15 stone for the Stiverne fight. For a guy that's 6'7 that's ridiculously light. AJ weighed in about three stone heavier than that in his last fight. I don't believe that Wilder genuinely wants the AJ fight and I maintain that we don't see that fight happen in 2018.
Wilder would get battered by AJ.
He took full shots from Wladamir and still stood.
Whats a middleweight body american ch av going to do?
If people dont think Wilder has the power to KO joshua then you dont know anything about him.. He is very wild and throws very wide but he carries massive power. However he has got very thin legs which as a rule of thumb normally means will have delicate whiskers.
I think its a 50/50 fight either could spark either fairly easily.
Thin legs?
He has a thin body!
I've watched Deontay a few times.
He leaves his face wide open and most of the boxers he has fought just go into the defensive.
I reckon AJ would catch him with an uppercut and knock him out in a few seconds, its not like deontay has the moving prowess of Ali.

The fight is interesting tbf
Joshua is very textbook
Wilder is a powerful mess.
Both can knock each other out.
I'd go with Joshua right now but Wilder carries power. Shouldn't underestimate the windmill technique he has.

AJ would wreck him.
Deontay has a thin neck.
Thin legs.
AJ would decapitate the poor bloke if he could him with the same uppercut he caught wladamir with
