Bonatini has now scored in 6 successive league games. Last Wolves player to do that was Micky Holmes in 1987 when Wolves were in Division 4. Holmes actually scored in 7 successive league games
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Caught that on the sky commentary last night/ this morning when I watched the full match replay over a beer. One goalscoring record that Bully somehow never managed to break.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You would have also caught it during the match itself if you had read and inwardly digested all my posts
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haha, sorry nutty. Was busy watching it live and cheering the lads on

With all the speculation as to whether or not we get another striker in January, how about a cheeky bid for Peter Crouch on loan. I know he's 36, but he's not started a game for Stoke this season in the league. He now has 3 goals from 7 second half appearances as a sub. Plus he's very deceptive considering his height. He holds the ball up well and with the crosses Douglas, Doherty and other can provide, who better to nod in a few.
I'm sure this will assist Sir Halfy increase his match thread count.

New era, money no object, continental style of play, young players with a decent resale value. Yes, just what we're looking for.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
If it's a case of money no object, then I'd rather we spent money in January securing the loan signings we have at the moment. Crouch on loan till the end of the season would simply be a back up to Bonatini and he can score goals.

Blades back level but it's a good set of scores for wolves so far
Reading, Ipswich and Forest all 3-0 up. We only win 2-0, what's wrong with us?
Nuno out.

Either a perfect storm or an anomaly.
Fecking leon clarke! Hadn't scored for weeks, bags two today and puts blades ahead v hull
Leon with 2 now the humpty backed little shiite
Hattrick now feckity feck
The're still 2 points behind us anyway
Bolton 2 Narch 0 who would have thunk it?
Florists now 4 up against QPR
Settle for villa, cardiff, derby all losing.
Albion just a bonus...another week with none of their 'fans' commenting on JA606
Clarke 4!!!
4 for Leon.
Leo and Leon has a certain ring.
Is he the missing link, oldgoldilox?
Or does he just run like it
At 32 must be the best day in Leon’s career. Only scored 4 goals since 2006 in the championship before this season
Who said Leon Clarke was crap?
Guess cinci had a point, as he's doing ok with the Blades.
