My thoughts are....
Every year a new phone comes out, with lots of extra features.
People buy them, and use them to do exactly the same things their old phone did - make calls, go on social media, browse the internet and take pictures

Facking con trick
I can honestly say, barring a bigger screen, I could quite easily swap my Samsung S7 for my old iPhone4 and not notice the difference

The Samsung or the Apple?
The Samsung S9 is out soon. Why not wait and pay more for some sheit that is of no use to you?

I get an upgrade myself every couple of years, but mine are usually cracked by then.
If this one holds up I will keep hold of it next year and go on a monthly.

Those people who camp out for 2/3 days!
Remember last year the person at the front of the queue dropped his phone and smashed the screen whilst showing it off for the news cameras!

Proper victims. Literally impressing nobody
It is our materialistic, shiny-thing obsession in a nutshell.
Saw a long queue outside a phone shop, with people waiting to get their hands on IPhone x!
Some people have nothing better to do with their time!
I've recently changed my iPhone 6 to a sim only deal. 4gb of Internet and unlimited minutes and texts for 9 quid a month.
I can't fathom how people will pay £50 a month for a phone that won't get used for more than their old one.
Buy the phone outright. Never pay for a contract cos then you get ripped off. You are better off getting a 0% credit card and pay that off than be on a contract.

One grand for a phone that basically does the same as the phone before and the one before that and so on, divs and geeks queue up for the latest iPhones.
Just recently I upgraded from an old Samsung S4 to an A5.
I loved that old Samsung, dropped numerous times, left outside in a thunderstorm and even fell into shallow waves when taking a photo of the kids, it never failed.

Now now, it has 'groundbreaking must have technology' like being able to send an animated p00p emoji
Apparently the OnePlus 5 is as good as or better than both the Apple and Samsung Flagships but at a far lower price.
Thoughts? If you have money to waste and want an Iphone then go ahead but expect to pay over the odds for a now subpar product.

My thoughts are why don’t they just round it up to £1000

Not like me had the 8plus.
Regretting it already. It’s like walking around with a tv screen stuck to your ear. I’ll be changing it to the 8 but draw a line at £999 😳
