Dear Nexonians, as you are aware, оur customer service team is currently experiencing an unprecedented volume of enquiries due to the greatest bull run in crypto, high interest in the newly launched products, Nexo exchange, Nexonomics and others.

Ha !
Back in January when the dip hit (around 10th I think) I was watching my cryptos plummet. Bottled it and sold, and even though I’ve invested again since then I’m behind where I would have been.
I took the decision to delete my Gemini app from my phone so I’m not constantly checking it and I don’t buy or sell impulsively
I didnt notice this dip
My portfolio has been steadily climbing since January
I'm making steady, if not spectacular progress.
Lost some due to poor decisons on Saturday, back up again yesterday and today.

I bet it is spectacular compared to every other asset type out there!
I was chatting to this about a friend... It is insane what we come to expect from crypto.. a 2% gain day can feel like nothing... The best wall street investor would kill for 2% per day!
What do you think of cryptos long term?
I was chatting to someone who thinks that large bodies such as the IMF, ECB, US govt etc, won’t allow cryptos to continue and grow the way they are, in the long term.
He thinks that the US govt won’t allow it as it will affect their ability to, for example, force sanctions on Iran. He thinks digital currency will be the future but that these currencies will be created and regulated by governments and large institutions. He thinks cryptos will have a good couple of years before a crash.
I’m just playing Devil’s advocate but just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on this

I can't see how they can stop the growth of cryptos tbh.
Yep, the genie is out of the bottle imho.
They can create their own crypto currencies, but then what? Each country would need to then ban all the current cryptos. If some countries do and some don't then the ones that don't will have an advantage.
Thanks. As I say it was just a thought.
He’s quite a conspiracy theorist anyway

Only thing about crypto I’m uneasy about is Tether. It doesn’t really seem a sturdy foundation for the industry to be founded on - but I can’t quite get my head around it.

founded on?
As in (from what I understand) its what allows crypto to realise its true value. A lot of the coins funding is from tether.

Have you been reading tether press releases?
Nah it was between that and sticking needles in my eyes and I went for the more enjoyable option
The Tether worry seems to have been a constant throughout. If some wrong doing is found, i'm sure it will cause a crash... But it's not something i overly worry about. The stable coin sector is now much more diversified, so we should be able to ride out any tether news.
