And stocks/shares .... both of which can react to news stories that have the potential to destabilise the globe
To gamble or not to gamble that’s the question. Let’s Play with check boxes 😉
litecoin doing really well. wish I put more in.
I cashed out on bitcoin when it was at 12.6k and litecoin when it was at 120. Litecoin is at £140 now.

No one makes a penny until they cash out, so fair play!
Was an interesting weekend... everyone got spooked by the futures market starting up, then went bullish once a flash crash didn't come.
I managed to make a few nice trades and filled my bag with more IOTA and NEO. Starting to really like NEO, instant transactions, no fees and real world uses (Dapps, or decntralised apps). Currently undervalued, I think.
Also took a punt on Stellar Lumens and had a nice return.
Once I can get my IOTA off bitfinex though, i'm shutting down all trading until next year.... The rollercoaster is doing me in!

I invested into bitcoin about 2 weeks ago. I put in 200 but I withdrew within days for some reason I can't remember now. Then I reinvested 200 and then another 200 about a week ago and I withdrew 530. So made about 130 profit.
Litecoin, I made about £47.
I waited until this Sunday to see if the futures market would raise the bitcoin price but it didn't, it actually fell. So this morning when bitcoin had a little rise, I cashed out straight away
Beers on you then Brumm 😜
I haven't got that much in any of it, so just going to ride it out, especially litecoin, where I might invest more in.
Been looking into IOTA but would not know how to invest. Scared of scammers and dodgy sites

Litecoin has nearly doubled. Started on Sunday.
Litecoin is a very good coin.... Fast, cheap fees and you can buy it with £ instead of having to go to BTC then alt-coin.
The only issue I have is the wallet.... You have to download the whole blockchain to use it (on desktop)... 50GB+ iirc.
Nick, for IOTA, you need something like Bitfinex.
My view is this... If this whole thing carries on for another year or so... People are gonna be looking for a super cheap coin that will rocket to $100s, like litecoin and ethereum did in 2017 (bitcoin is actually the slow horse). Cash will pump into at least one of these sub $1 coins and send it flying.... IOTA already did that... XLM, Ripple and a few others will be eyeing up the spot too.
They all have real world uses and, on paper, are better than bitcoin. One will rocket into the 5000% mark, I am sure (if the whole thing carries on growing).
NEO falls close to this too... at $35, it could easily see a 1000% growth in 2018.
Nick, as JSP said, Bitfinex is good for trading Cryptos. I basically swapped my Litecoins for IOTA lat week.
I don't know if I did the right thing but it was a simple process.
If you can play the waiting game, I think you will see a nice profit. 40% of my bag is now IOTA, so I hope so!
1000% growth in 2018 and i'll retire at 40!
Sorry about my ignorance, but is IOTA another crypto, and how do you go on about buying and selling ?

So you'd recommend buying more litecoin than ethereum ? I'm only buying small amounts.

I'm going away for the first 2 weeks of January and I've bought 2 books on Crypto Currencies for my holiday reading.
