apart from the first goal i thought celtic played ok
earlier this week i was telling people we would not get thumped as was being predicted
at no point did we look outclassed from a second tier spanish team
time to get real that is a positive for scottish football

So many sp@stics on here. Compared to sion away that was leaps and bounds better. If we had 35m euros to spend on one player i'd be disappointed about that result, but we don't. I was fearing a battering tonight but thought we acquitted ourselves well.
If you're down about that result your expectations are far too high.

i was not talking about the score rather the performance
people were on here all week saying how celtic were going to get thumped
anybody who watched the game would say atheltico were the best team but this was no backs against the wall effort
celtic played well but were undone by defensive errors

We gave them a decent game this evening, had some good efforts too but the main differences were that were weren't clinical enough with our efforts and madrid capitalized on our errors!
